Abstract
Zeyd b.Ali Hz. Peygamberin neslinden olup, onun ikinci kuşaktan torunudur. Künyesi Zeyd b. Ali Zeynelâbidîn b. Hüseyin b. Ali b. Ebi Tâlip'tir. Hicri 80/ 699 veya 81/ 700 yılında dünyaya gelmiştir. Zeydiyye, ameli imandan cüz sayarak ibadetlere önem verdiğini ortaya koymuş, bilgi ve ma'rifeti de iman tarifine sokarak taklidi temelden yıkmış dinamik ve faal bir iman anlayışı getirmiştir. Büyük günah işleyen kimse Zeyd'e göre fasıktır. Çünkü mümin Kur'ân-ı Kerim'de Allah dostu olarak isimlendirilmiştir. Mürtekib-i Kebîre'nin Allah'ın dostu olması câiz değildir. Kâfir olarak ta isimlendirilmez, çünkü kâfirler müşriklerdir. Kebîre işleyen kimse müslüman mezarlığına defnedilir, cenâze namazı kılınır, akrabâlık sebebiyle müslüman'a varis olur. Bu kimseyi kâfir olarak isimlendirmek câiz olmaz. Ümmet bu kimsenin fâsık olarak isimlendirilmesinde icmâ etmiştir. O îmân mertebesine yükselmez, küfür mertebesine de düşmez, bu kimse münâfık olarak ta isimlendirilmez.

Those who commit big sin are burried within the Muslim graveyard, funeral prayer are performed and become inherited since the islamic relation. It can't be permitted to define them as unbelievers. Muslims agree that these are fasıq. They can't reach faith level but do not go down to the level of those unbelievers. And they are not to be named as discord ones.
