Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 6102 Sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanununa göre anonim ortaklık yöneticilerinin ve denetçilerinin hukuki ve cezai sorumluluğu ele alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda, yönetici ve denetçi kavramları, sorumluluğu doğuran sebepler ve sorumluluğun koşulları irdelenmektedir.

In this study, in accordance with 6102 numbered Turkish Commercial Law, the civil and criminal liability of the directors and auditors of incorporated companies is covered. In this respect, the concepts of director and auditor, the causes and conditions of liability are examined.
