Abstract
Her iki egzersiz şiddetinin sağlıklı gençlerde sağlığın geliştirilmesinde uygun olabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır. Aerobik egzersiz, fiziksel aktivite, genç yetişkinler hemodinamik, yürüyüş
Assesment of A Bout of Moderate and Vıgorous Aerobıc Exercıse on Cardıovascular Responses in Young Adults. Intensity, duration and frequency of the effective physical activity has not been determined yet. The purpose of the this study was to assess the cardiovascular response to a bout of moderate and vigorous intensity aerobic exercise in healthy young adults. Eighty five volunters (50 male; 35 female; age range 18-24) were recruited. Moderate intensity (5 km/ h; 30 minutes; brisk walking), vigorous intensity (8 km/ h; 20 minutes; jogging) and control (30 minutes; sitting) groups were established. SBP, DBP, HR and DP responses to exercise were estimated. There were differences between first and second, first and third measurement of SBP in control group (p<0,05). There were differences between first and second, second and third HR measurement of first group and in HR measurement of second group (p<0,05). There were differences between first and second, second and third DP values of first group and in DP values of second group (p<0,05). Measurements of HR and DP were different between groups (p<0, 05). Third measurements of HR were different between groups (p<0, 05). There were differences between first and second, second and third values of DP (p<0, 05). There were moderate positive relation (0.3<r<0.69; p<0,05) between first, second, third values of DP and SBP measurement and strong relation with HR meausurement respectively (r>0.07; p<0,05). It is concluded that both exercise intensities could be appropriate for development of health in healthy young adults. Aerobic exercise, hemodynamics, physical activity, walking, young adult,
