Publication: 5237 SAYILI TÜRK CEZA KANUNU'NDA BAŞKASINA AİT KİMLİK VEYA KİMLİK BİLGİLERİNİN KULLANILMASI SUÇU
Abstract
Bu makalede 5237 Sayılı Türk Ceza Kanununun 268 inci maddesinde yer alan başkasına ait kimlik veya kimlik bilgilerinin kullanılması suçu değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmamızda madde metninde yer alan ve işlediği suç nedeniyle kendisi hakkında soruşturma ve kovuşturma yapılmasını engellemek amacıyla, başkasına ait kimliği veya kimlik bilgilerini kullanan kimselerin, iftira suçuna ilişkin hükümlere göre nasıl cezalandırılacağına ilişkin açıklamalara yer verilmiştir.
This article examines the crime of useing another s identity card or information regulated by the Article 268 of the Turkish Penal Code. Tis article analyses any person who uses another s identity card or information relating to the identity of another for the purpose of preveting the conduct of an investigation and prosecution aganist himself for an ofence he has committed shall be sentenced according to the provisions relating to the ofence of calumny.
