Abstract

Vekalet sözleşmesi, vekil, talimat, borç, yükümlülük. OZ Vekilin müvekkilin talimatlarm uyma yükümlülüğü konulu yüksek lisans tez çalışmasında, vekilin vekalet sözleşmesinden doğan talimata uyma yükümlülüğü, tüm yönleriyle incelenmiştir. Tez üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; vekalet sözleşmesinin unsurlan, temsil ve vekalet sözleşmesi arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. ikinci bölümde; talimat kavramı, talimat kavramının hukuki niteliği, türleri, talimat verme yetkisi ve talimatın muhatabı başlıkları detaylandırılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise; talimata uyma yükümlülüğüne aykırılığın sonuçları üzerinde durulmuştur. Attorney agreement, attorney, instruction, obligation, liability.
