Publication: Alaşımsız çelik sacların preslenmesinde iş analizi
Abstract
Literatürde presler, kalıplar ve sac metal kalıpçılığı konusunda yeterli bilgiye sahip Türkçe yayınlara çok az rastlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada gerek pres, pres seçim kriterleri gerekse kalıplar hakkında geniş ve detaylı bilgiler sunuldu. Ayrıca deneysel olarak yapılan çalışmalar Endüstri Meslek Lisesi metal işleri bölümünde gerçekleştirildi. Deneyler 30 ton'luk mekanik pres tezgahında, dört farklı kalıp ve beşer kişilik dört farklı öğrenci grubu ile kalıbın pres tezgahına bağlanması ve çalışmaya hazır hale ayarlanması süreleri bulunarak tekrar sayıları tespit edildi. İlk olarak deneyler bir öğrenci grubu ile başladı ve her hafta yeni bir öğrenci grubu ilave edilerek tecrübeli öğrenci ile tecrübesiz öğrenciler arasındaki farklar görüldü. Bir öğrencinin kaç tekrar ve deneme sonunda tecrübe edineceği, kalifiye işçi standart'ına geleceği görüldü. Ayrıca Endüstri Meslek Liselerinde atölye uygulama derslerinde öğrencilerin presleme işçiliğini öğrenebilmeleri için gerekli olan atölye çalışma süresi belirlendi.
There is not enough information that molds and sheet metal molding in literature. In this study, presses, criteria of selection press and molds, were present. In addition, experimental studies were realized in Technical High School, Material Department. Mechanical presses, 30 ton, were used in experimental. The mold fixing in press and time of ready for starting with repeat times was determined by four different mold and four different students groups. In first, a student group started experimental study. Was additioned a new study groups to experimental study each other weeks. Differences of experienced and no experienced students were determined. A student have experience how much experiment and repeat, was showed. In addition, enough time of workshop study for student teaching for pressing in practical lesson in Technical High School, was determined.
