Abstract
alışma İlişkileri, Müzik Sektörü ÖZET EĞLENCE SEKTÖRÜNDE ÇALIŞMA İLİŞKİLERİ 1970’li yıllardan itibaren kapitalist sistem yeni bir kriz içerisine girmiştir. Sistem krizden çıkış için sosyal devlet harcamalarının kısılmasını, esneklik uygulamaları ile de emek sürecinde yeni yapılanmalarını gerçekleştirmiştir. Emek sürecinde esneklik uygulamaları devam ederken buna ilişkin yasal düzenlemelerde yapılmaktadır. Artık eğitim, sağlık, sosyal güvence gibi birçok kurum serbest piyasa koşullarına bırakılmıştır. Eğlence sektörü de son gerek iş ilişkileri gerekse yeniden yapılanma anlamında önemli dönüşümler geçirmiştir. Eğlence sektörünün önemli bir alanını oluşturan müzik sektörü de, son çeyrek yüzyılda küreselleşme ve teknolojik gelişmeler sonrasında arz ve talep ilişkisinin olduğu bir sektör haline gelmiştir. Müzik sektöründe çalışanların çalışma ilişkileri bu çalışmanın konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Müzik sektöründe çalışan 102 müzisyen ile yapılan alan araştırması ve dokuz müzisyenle yapılan derinlemesine görüşmelerden elde edilen verilerle müzik sektörü çalışma ilişkilerinde yaşanan değişim esneklik uygulamaları ile birlikte değerlendirilmektedir. Çalışma ilişkileri açısından bakıldığında liberal bir alan olmakla beraber esneklik uygulamaları sonrasında müzik sektörünün yaşadığı dönüşüm bu çalışma kapsamında incelenmiştir. ENTERTAINMENT SECTOR WORK RELATIONS Since the 1970’s the capitalist system has entered into a new crisis. System out of the crisis to cut government spending for social flexibility in the process of restructuring the labor practices has made them. With 102 musicians who worked in the field of music research and in-depth interviews with nine musicians with data obtained from the changes experienced in the music industry working relationships with flexible applications are assessed. From the perspective of labor relations in a liberal area, but in the music industry having the flexibility to implement the transformation are investigated in this study.
