ÖĞRETMENLERİN İŞ DEĞERLERİ İLE YAŞAM BOYU_x000D_ ÖĞRENME EĞİLİMLERİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN_x000D_ İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu araştırma, öğretmenlerin iş değerleri ile yaşam boyu öğrenmeeğilimleri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Buaraştırma, öğretmenlerin iş değerleri ile yaşam boyu öğrenme eğilimleriarasındaki ilişkinin nasıl olduğuna vurgu yaptığı için önem taşımaktadır.Amaç doğrultusunda seçilen ölçekler; 2016–2017 Eğitim-öğretim yılındaİstanbul İli Üsküdar İlçesi bünyesindeki özel ve MEB’e bağlı olarak görevyapan 225 öğretmene uygulanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda verilen işdeğeri boyutlarının ortalamalarına göre en yüksek puana sahip olanboyut “Başarı” boyutudur. Bundan sonra sırayla “Fedakârlık” ve“Yaratıcılık ve Zihinsel Teşvik” boyutları gelmektedir. Çalışma sonucundaalınan puanlardan en düşük puan “Ekonomik Faydalar” boyutuna aittir.Öğretmenlerin yaşam boyu öğrenme eğilimlerinden motivasyon ve sebatdüzeylerinin yüksek, öğrenmeyi düzenlemede yoksunluk ve merakyoksunluğu düzeylerinin ise düşük olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bunagöre öğretmenlerin yaşam boyu öğrenme eğilimlerinin yüksek olduğusonucuna ulaşılmaktadır. Yaşam boyu öğrenme eğilimlerinin motivasyonve sebat boyutu ile yaratıcılık ve zihinsel teşvik, fedakarlık ve çeşitlilik işdeğerleri arasında olumlu yönde anlamlı ilişki olduğu görülmüştür.Yaşam boyu öğrenme eğilimlerinden sebat boyutu ile ekonomik faydalariş değeri arasında negatif yönde anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur. Yaşam boyuöğrenme eğilimlerinden öğrenmeyi düzenlemede yoksunluk boyutu ileprestij iş değeri arasında negatif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur.Öğretmenlerin iş değerlerinden yaratıcılık ve zihinsel teşvik boyutunun,yaşam boyu öğrenmenin motivasyon ve sebat boyutları üzerinde olumluyönde anlamlı etkide bulunduğu, ekonomik faydalar iş değerinin iseolumsuz yönde anlamlı etkide bulunduğu görülmektedir.

This research was conducted to examine the relationship between_x000D_ teachers' work values and lifelong learning tendencies. Selected scales in_x000D_ terms of purpose; In the academic year 2016-2017 225 private teachers_x000D_ in the Üsküdar District of Istanbul were employed and 225 teachers were_x000D_ employed depending on the Ministry of National Education. In order to_x000D_ analyze the data, the dimension having the highest score according to the_x000D_ average of the work value dimensions given in the work result is the_x000D_ dimension "Achievement". After that, "sacrifice" and "creativity and_x000D_ mental incentive" come in order. The lowest score among the scores_x000D_ obtained as a result of the study belongs to the "Economic Benefits"_x000D_ dimension. Teachers' motivation and persistence levels of lifelong_x000D_ learning tendencies are high, while levels of learning disability and lack_x000D_ of curiosity are low. According to this, teachers' lifelong learning_x000D_ tendencies are high. The motivation and persistence levels of lifelong_x000D_ learning tendencies has been found to be positively correlated with_x000D_ creativity and mental stimulation, self-sacrifice and diversity work_x000D_ values. There was a significant negative correlation between perseverance_x000D_ scales and economic benefits and work value among lifelong learning_x000D_ tendencies. The deprivation in learning regulation level of lifelong_x000D_ learning tendency has been found to be negative correlated with prestige_x000D_ work value. The creativity and mental stimulation level of the teachers'_x000D_ work values are significantly influenced positively on the motivation and_x000D_ persistence dimensions of lifelong learning, whereas the economic_x000D_ benefits and work value are significantly affected in the negative_x000D_ direction._x000D_
