Abstract
MAKİNE VE MAKİNE EĞİTİMİNDE İNTERNET VE WEB TEKNOLOJİLERİNİN ETKİN KULLANIMI Bu araştırmanın amacı, 6 farklı ülkeden seçilen 1'er web sitesinin öğretimsel tasarım kriterleri eşliğinde incelenmesidir. Bu inceleme sonucunda, kullanıcıların beklentileri belirlenmiş ve web sitelerinin kullanıcı beklentileri ne derece karşıladığına bakılmıştır. Bunun sonucunda daha iyi bir web sitesi için nelerin yapılması gerektiği konusunda yol gösterilmek istenmiştir. İnceleme sırasında her bir web sitesi Dr. Nurettin Şimşek tarafından geliştirilen ve geçerlilik, güvenilirliği yapılmış olan değerlendirme formu ile analiz edilmiştir. Formda yer alan her bir maddeye verilen matematiksel puanlar istatistiksel değer olarak yorumlanmıştır. İstanbul Bağcılar İlçesindeki Bağcılar Abdurrahman ve Nermin Bilimli Anadolu Teknik, Teknik ve Endüstri Meslek Lisesinin 2. sınıfında okuyan Motor Bölümü Öğrencilerinin oluşturduğu grupla adı geçen çalışma yapılmıştır. Kısaca analizini yaptığımız Makine ve Makine eğitimi sunan web sitelerinin genel toplamda hiçbirisi başarılı olamamıştır. Bölümler bazında incelendiğinde ise sitelerin büyük bir kısmı 2 ortalamanın altında kalarak başarısız olmuş fakat aralarından birkaçı bazı bölümlerde 2 ortalamanın üzerine çıkarak başarılı sayılmıştır. Web Sitelerinin genel toplamlarda başarısız olmasının nedeni 5 ve 6. bölümlerin taban puan olmasıdır. Bu bölümlerde taban puan alınmasının nedeni, incelenen web sitelerinde alıştırma ve geribildirimin hiçbir şekilde olmamasıdır. Alınan taban puanlar genel sonucu etkileyerek ortalamaları düşürmüş ve siteler başarısız bir grafik çizmelerine neden olmuştur. Makine ve makine eğitimi sunan web sitelerinde genel başarının düşük olmasının nedeni olarak tasarım kriterlerinin site yapımında göz ardı edilmiş olması gelmektedir. Öğrencilerin dikkatinin çekilmesi, yazılımla etkileşim kurabilmeleri, ders sürelerinin uygunluğu ve sitelerin ilgi çekecek yönde hazırlanmamış olması sitelerin başarısını düşürmüştür. Bu nedenle ilerde kurulacak makine ve makine eğitimi amaçlı sitelerde bu kriterlere dikkat edilmesi önerilmektedir. Haziran-2003 Serkan ÖZÜDOĞRU
The aim of this research is to examine web sites from 6 different countries, with the accompaniment of educational designation criteria. At the end of this research, the expectations of the users has been determined and it has been overlooked to what extent the web sites meet the expectations of the users. At the end of this, it is wanted to direct people on the topic of what should be done for a better web site. During the research, each web site was analyzed with the evaluation form which has been developed and the reliability and the validity of which has been proved by Dr. Nurettin ŞİMŞEK. The mathematical points which were given to each subject in the form has been interpreted as statistical data. This study was performed with a group of students who are studying at the second class of Abdurrahman and Nermin Bilimli Anatolian Technical, Technical and Industrial Occupational High School in Bağcılar neighbor of İstanbul. None of the web sites we analyzed, which gives information and education on machines, has been successful on the total. When analyzed on the basis of sections, most of the web sites have failed getting marks under the average 2, but a few of them have been considered as successful getting marks over average 2 at some sections. The reason of failing of web sites on general total is that sections 5 and 6 are the base points. The reason of getting base points on these sections is that there is no exercise and feedback in these web sites in any way. The base points taken decreased the averages affecting the general results and as caused the sites to have an unsuccessful graphics. The reason of general success to be low at the web sites which gives information and education on machines is that designation criterias were ignored on the construction of the web sites. Getting attention of the students, their interacting with the software, the suitability of the class times and the web sites' having been prepared unattractively decreased the success of the sites.
