Yüksek yoğunluklu polietilen (hdpe)/ pinna nobilis polimer kompozitinin mekanik, fiziksel ve yanma özelliklerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, yüksek miktarda kalsiyum karbonat içeren Pinna Nobilisler toz haline getirilmiştir ve toz haldeki Pinna Nobilis ağırlıkça %10, %20, %30 ve %40 oranlarında kullanılarak polimer kompozitler elde edilmiştir. Saf HDPE ve HDPE/ Pinna Nobilis polimer kompozitlerinin yanma, tribolojik, termal, mekanik, fiziksel ve morfolojik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Yapılan testler sonucunda elde edilen veriler, hem farklı oranlarda Pinna içeren kompozitler arasında kıyaslanmış hem de benzer farklı çalışmaların neticelerine göre kıyaslanıp yorumlanmıştır.

In this study, Pinna Nobilis containing high amounts of calcium carbonate were powdered and polymer composites were obained by using 10 wt.%, 20 wt.%, 30 wt.% and 40 wt.% Pinna Nobilis in powder form. Flammability, tribological, thermal, mechanical, physical and morphological properties of pure HDPE and HDPE/ Pinna Nobilis polymer composites were investigated. The data obtained from the tests were compared between different ratios of Pinna containing composites and compared to the results of similar studies.
