Abstract
Kariyer seçimi bireylerin hayatında aldıkları en önemli kararlardan biridir vetüm hayatını etkiler. Meslek seçimi kişinin kişilerarası ilişkilerinde veüstlendiği yaşam rollerinde belirleyicidir. Bireyler kariyer tercihlerinde aile,arkadaş, öğretmen gibi pek çok sosyal destek kaynağından etkilenirler.Çocuklarının benliğinin gelişmesinde önemli rolü olan ebeveynlerin kariyertercihi sürecinde etkisi büyüktür. Çocuk ve ebeveynlerin kariyer hedeflerininuyumsuzluğu çatışmalara neden olmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı gençlerinkendileri için belirledikleri kariyer hedefi ile ebeveynlerinin onlar içinbelirledikleri kariyer hedefleri arasındaki uyumsuzlukları ölçmek amacıylaSawitri, Creed, Perdhana (2020) tarafından geliştirilen Ebeveyn-Birey KariyerHedefleri Çelişkileri Ölçeği’nin Türkçe uyarlamasını yapmaktır. EbeveynBirey Kariyer Hedefleri Çelişkileri Ölçeği dışında katılımcıların özelliklerinibetimlemek amacıyla araştırmacılar tarafından “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”oluşturulmuştur. Ayrıca katılımcılara Ergen Ebeveyn Kariyer Uyumu Ölçeğide yöneltilmiştir. Ebeveyn-Birey Kariyer Hedefleri Çelişkileri Ölçeği yetenektutarsızlıkları, seçim tutarsızlıkları ve coşku tutarsızlıkları üç faktörlü biryapıdan oluşmuştur. Ölçeğin orijinalindeki bu yapının doğrulanıpdoğrulanmadığını test etmek için yapılan doğrulayıcı faktör analizisonucunda elde edilen Ki-kare değeri, Normlaştırılmış Uyum İndeksi(Normed Fit Index - NFI), Artan Uyum İndeksi (Incremental Fit Index, IFI),Turker-Lewis Index (TLI) Yaklaşık Hataların Ortalama Karekökü (Root MeanSquare Error of Approximation, RMSEA) ,SRMR (Standardized Root MeanSquare Residual) değerleri dikkate alınmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirlik analizleriiçin Cronbach Alfa iç tutarlık katsayısı hesaplanmıştır. Cronbach alphakatsayısı ise .93 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Yetenek tutarsızlığı alt boyutununCronbach alpha katsayısı ise .82; seçim tutarsızlığı alt boyutunun .93 vecoşku tutarsızlığı alt boyutunun .94 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Çalışmakapsamında yapılan geçerlilik ve güvenirlik çalışması genç yetişkin örneklemiçin örneğin Türkçe formunun geçerli ve güvenilir olduğunu göstermektedir.
Career choice one of the foremost important decisions that individuals make in their life and affects_x000D_ their entire lives. The choice of profession is decisive in one's interpersonal relationships and life_x000D_ roles. Individuals are influenced by many social support sources such as family, friends, teachers in_x000D_ their career preferences. Parents, who have an important role in the development of their children,_x000D_ have a great influence on the career choice process. The mismatch of the career goals of children and_x000D_ parents causes conflicts. The aim of this study is to make a Turkish adaptation of The Discrepancies_x000D_ Between Individual- Set and Parent- Set Career Goals Scale by Sawitri, Creed, Perdhana (2020) to_x000D_ measure the incompatibilities between the career goals that young people set for themselves and the_x000D_ career goals that their parents set for them. Apart from The Discrepancies Between ındividual- Set_x000D_ and Parent- Set Career Goals Scale, a "Personal Information Form" was created by the researchers to_x000D_ describe the characteristics of the participants. In addition, the Adolescent- Parent Career Congruence_x000D_ Scale was directed to the participants. The Discrepancies Between ındividual- Set and Parent- Set_x000D_ Career Goals Scale consists of a three-factor structure for ability inconsistencies, choice inconsistencies_x000D_ and enthusiasm inconsistencies. The Chi-square value obtained as a result of the confirmatory factor_x000D_ analysis performed to test whether this structure in the original of the scale is verified or not, Normed_x000D_ Fit Index (NFI), Incremental Fit Index (IFI), Turker-Lewis Index (TLI) Root Mean Square Error of_x000D_ Approximation (RMSEA) and SRMR (Standardized Root Mean Square Residual) values were taken_x000D_ into account. Cronbach Alpha internal consistency coefficient was calculated for the reliability_x000D_ analysis of the scale. The Cronbach alpha coefficient was calculated as .93. The Cronbach alpha_x000D_ coefficient of the skill inconsistency sub-dimension is .82; the selection inconsistency sub-dimension_x000D_ was .93 and the enthusiasm inconsistency sub-dimension was .94. The validity and reliability study_x000D_ conducted within the scope of the study shows that the Turkish form for the young adult sample is_x000D_ valid and reliable._x000D_
