Abstract
Hemşirelerin Yönetici Hemşirelerinin Otantik Liderliğe İlişkin Algıları ve Örgütsel Güven DüzeyleriAmaç; Araştırma, hemşirelerin yönetici hemşirelerinin otantik liderliğe ilişkin algıları ve örgütsel güven düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirildi.Gereç ve Yöntem; Tanımlayıcı olan araştırma İstanbul İlinde Avrupa yakasında bulunan Kamu Hastaneler Birliği’ne bağlı 11 Eğitim ve Araştırma hastanesinde çalışan 321 hemşire ile gerçekleştirildi. Veri toplama aracı olarak; Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu, Otantik Liderlik Ölçeği, Örgütsel Güven Ölçeği kullanıldı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistiksel anazlizlerin (ortalama, standart sapma, medyan, frekans, minimum, maksimum) yanı sıra Mann Whitney U testi, Kruskal Wallis testi, Bonferroni düzeltmeli Mann Whitney U testi, Spearman korelasyon analizi kullanıldı. Anlamlılık p<0,05 düzeyinde değerlendirildi.Bulgular; Hemşirelerin otantik liderlik ölçeği toplam puanı 2,82±0,80, örgütsel güven ölçeği toplam puanı ise 4,49±1,04 olduğu görüldü. Otantik liderlik ölçeği alt boyutları olan ilişkilerde şeffaflık, içselleştirilmiş ahlak anlayışı, bilgiyi dengeli değerlendirme ve öz farkındalık ile örgütsel güven ölçeği alt boyutları olan yöneticiye güven, kuruma güven ve çalışma arkadaşlarına güven arasında pozitif yönlü istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulundu (p:0,001; p<0,01).Sonuç; Çalışmada hemşirelerin otantik liderlik algılarının ve örgütsel güven düzeylerinin yüksek düzeyde olduğu bulundu. Otantik liderlik düzeyi arttıkça örgütsel güven düzeyleri artıyordu.

Material and methods: A three hundred twenty one nurses were included to this descriptive analysis those working in 11 education and research hospitals which were located in Istanbul European side. Data collection methods were; descriptive information form, authentic leadership scale, organizational confidence scale. Data were expressed as mean, median, standart deviation, frequency, rate, minimum and maximum. In statistical analysis, Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis test, Bonferroni test and corrected Mann Whitney U test, Spearman corelation analysis were used. Significance level was p <0.05.Results: Mean nurse Authentic Leadership Scale was 3,82±0,80. Total Mean organizational confidence scale was found as 4,49±1,04. Transparency in communication, internalized ethical sensibility, balanced consideration and self awareness were found positively correlated with authentic leadership scale. Trust to manager, company and workfellows were correlated with organizational confidence scale. (p:0,001; p<0,01).Conclussion: It was found to be that the perception of authentic leadership and organizational trust level was high in this research.
