Publication: Derin öğrenme üzerine yapılmış uluslararası yayınların bibliyometrik analizi
Abstract
Son yıllarda gelişen teknolojik sistemler sayesinde veriye ulaşmak daha basit hale gelmiştir. Veriye ulaşmanın kolaylaşması ile birlikte büyük veri yığınları oluşmuştur. Büyük veri içerisinde istenilen çıktıya ulaşmak zorlaşmıştır. Bu durum aranan çıktıya ulaşma ihtiyacını doğurmuştur. İstenilen çıktıya ulaşma noktasında, derin öğrenme alanına gereksinim artmıştır. Derin öğrenme alanı, çeşitli sinir ağı modelleri geliştirerek istenilen sonuca ulaşmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu çalışma, Sosyal Bilimler alanında 2014 yılından itibaren, derin öğrenme konusunda yayınlanmış makaleler ve Ekim 2023 tarihleri arasında yayınlanmış makaleleri kapsamaktadır. Web Of Science veri tabanında deep learning and machine learning anahtar kelimeleri kullanılarak yapılan arama sonucunda makale türünde 593 çalışma incelenmiştir. Bibliyometrik Analiz, belirlenmiş bir alan ya da konuyla alakalı literatürün genel çerçevesini oluşturmak için faydalanılan bir analiz türüdür. Elde edilen verilerle; yayın türü, yayın yılı dili, yayınlandığı kaynaklar, yayınların yapıldığı ülkeler kapsamında R Bibliometrix paketi kullanılarak Bibliyometrik Analiz yapılmıştır. Bununla birlikte çalışma yapan kişiler, sık kullanılan kurumlar arasındaki ağı incelemek sebebiyle Sosyal Ağ Analizinden faydalanılmıştır. Son zamanlarda Sosyal Ağ Analizinin Bibliyometrik Analizde görselleştirme aracı olarak kullanıldığı görülmüştür. Yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda yazarların genellikle ikili gruplar halinde ilişkide olduğu görülmüştür. Derin öğrenme ile ilgili yapılan çalışmaların büyük bir kısmının Amerika Birleşik Devletlerin de ve Çin de yapıldığı, Türkiye’nin ise 12 yayın ile 16. sırada olduğu görülmektedir. Çalışma sonucunda elde edilen bilgiler, mevcut durumu sergilerken, gelecek de yapılacak çalışmalar için de ışık olacağı düşünülmektedir.

It has become difficult to achieve the desired output in big data. This situation has created the need to achieve the desired output. At the point of achieving the desired output, the need for deep Learning has increased. The field of deep Learning aims to achieve the desired result by developing various neural network models. This study covers articles published on deep Learning in the field of Social Sciences since 2014 and articles published between October 2023. As a result of the search made using the deep learning and machine learning in the Web Of Science database, 593 studies in the article type were examined. Bibliometric Analysis is a type of analysis used to create the general framework of literature related to a specified field or topic. With the data obtained; Bibliometric Analysis was carried out using the R Bibliometrix package within the scope of publication type, publication year language, published sources, and countries where publications were made. In addition, Social Network Analysis was used to examine the network between the people working, frequently used and institutions. Recently it has been seen that Social Network Analysis is used as a visualization tool in Bibliometric Analysis. As a result of the studies, it has been seen that writers generally have relationships in pairs. It is seen that most of the studies on Deep Learning are conducted in the United States and China, and Turkey ranks 16th with 12 publications. While the information obtained as a result of the study demonstrates the current situation, it is thought that it will also shed light on future studies.
