Millet Kütüphanesi Ali Emiri manzum 558 numarada kayıtlı hicivler mecmuası (inceleme-metin)

Abstract

Bu tezin konusu, İstanbul Millet Kütüphanesi Ali Emiri Manzum Koleksiyonu 558 numarada kayıtlı olup kütüphane kaydında “Hicivler Mecmûʿası” başlığıyla yer alan şiir mecmuasıdır. Derleyicisi ve yazılış tarihi belli olmayan ancak 19. yüzyılın ikinci yarısında yazıldığını tahmin edebileceğimiz 43 varaklı bu mecmuanın dikkat çeken yönü ise içerdiği şiirlerin hiciv ve hezel ağırlıklı olmasıdır. Çalışmamızda mecmuanın tanıtılması, şiirlerin üslup ve içerik olarak incelenmesi ve hiciv türü hakkında genel bir değerlendirme yapılması hedeflenmiştir. Bu tez iki ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş mahiyetindeki ilk bölümde hiciv hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Bu bölüm hicvin anlamına ve tarihî seyrine odaklanan iki alt başlıktan oluşur. Hicvin anlamı incelenirken hiciv, hicivle aynı anlama gelen yergi ve satir, hicivle yakın anlamlarda kullanılan hezel, latife ve mizah kavramları üzerinde durulmuştur. Daha sonra ise Arap, Fars ve klasik Türk edebiyatında hiciv tarihinden kısaca bahsedilerek hiciv geleneği anlatılmıştır. Bu bölüm mecmuamızdaki şiirleri bir geleneğin parçası olarak nasıl ele alacağımızı belirlemeyi ve bir bağlam içinde düşünmemizi sağlamayı amaçlar. “Hicivler Mecmuası” bölümünde ise mecmua tanıtılmış, şiirler biçim, üslup ve içerikleri açısından incelenmiştir. Daha sonra ise mecmuanın ilk 20 yaprağının çeviriyazısı verilmiştir. Böylelikle klasik Türk edebiyatı ve mecmua çalışmalarına katkıda bulunulması ve mecmuanın ele aldığı özel konuların hiciv literatürüne eklenmesi hedeflenmiştir.

The subject of my study is an Ottoman miscellany (mecmūʿa) which is registered in the Istanbul Millet Library Ali Emiri Manzum Collection, number 558, and is included in the library record with the title of Hicivler Mecmûʿası. There is no direct information about the compiler of the miscellany and the date it was written but we can guess that it was compiled in the second half of the 19th century. The striking aspect of this 43-leaf miscellany is that the poems it contains are mainly hazl and hajw -humorous and satirical. In this work, I aimed to introduce the Hicivler Mecmuası, to analyze the poems in terms of style and content, and to make a general assessment about the hajw/ satire genre. This dissertation consists of two main parts. In the first chapter, which is an introductory part, I gave information about hajw. This part consists of two sub-titles focusing on the meaning and historical course of the word and genre. While examining the meaning of hajw, I looked at the concepts of “hiciv”, it’s synonyms yergi (also means hajw in Modern Turkish Literature) and satire, and some closely related words such as hezel, latife and mizah”. Then, the hajw tradition is explained by briefly mentioning the history of hijā/ hajw in Arabic, Persian and classical Turkish literature. This part aims to determine how to think about the poems in our miscellany in a context and how to treat them as part of a tradition. In the section of Hicivler Mecmuası, I introduced the miscellany and examined the poems in it in terms of form, style and content. At the end, there is the transcription of the first 20 leaves of the Hicivler Mecmuası. Thus, it is aimed to contribute to the studies of classical Turkish literature and mecmūʿas and to add the special issues that our miscellany deals with to the satirical literature.
