İlköğretim I. kademe sınıf öğretmenlerinin sınıf içi eğitsel durumlar ile ilgili görüşleri ve zamanı kullanımı

Abstract

Bu araştırma ilköğretim I. Kademe sınıf öğretmenlerinin sınıf içi eğitim durumları ile ilgili görüşlerini ve sınıf içi eğitim etkinliklerinde zaman kullanımını öğrenmek amacıyla yapılmıştır . Araştırmada öğretmenlerin kişisel özellikleri( cinsiyet, medeni durum,mezun olduğu okul, okuttuğu sınıf, sınıf öğretmenliği asıl branşı, mesleki kıdem,sınıf mevcudu,bulunduğu okuldaki hizmet süresi, sınıfın kaç yıl okuttuğu),eğitimde plânlar önemine inanma ile ilgili görüşleri, sınıfın rutin işler ve sınıf ortamı hakkındaki görüşleri, istenmeyen öğrenci davranışlarını giderme stratejileri ve derslerde kullandığı yöntemler ile ilgili görüşlerinin ortaya çıkarılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada öğretmenlerin kişisel özellikleri ile sınıf içi eğitim durumları ile ilgili görüşler ve zaman kullanımı ilişkisine bakılmıştır. Araştırmada öğretmenlere sınıf içi eğitim etkinliklere harcadıkları süreyi tespit edecekleri bir gözlem formu ile bir anket uygulanmıştır. İstatistiksel değerlendirmelerde frekans , yüzde ve ortalamalar bulunmuş, ilişkisiz grup t testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizleri kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar ile öğretmenlerin sınıf içi eğitim durumları ile ilgili görüşleri öğrenilmiş, sınıf içi eğitim etkinliklerinde harcadıkları zaman tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada öğretmenin kişisel özellikleri ile sınıf içi eğitim etkinliklerine harcadıkları süre arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin; cinsiyet, en son mezun olduğu okul,sınıf öğretmenliğinin asıl branşı olma durumu,okuttuğu sınıf, sınıf mevcudu,mesleki kıdem ve sınıfını okuttuğu yıl sayısı değişkenine göre sınıf içi eğitim etkinlikleri için harcadığı süre istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı farklılaşmaktadır. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin kişisel özellikleri incelendiğinde ,çoğunun; bayan ,fakülte mezunu,asıl branşı sınıf öğretmeni olan ,1. sınıfı okutanların sayıca fazla,sınıf mevcutlarının 41-60 kişi,mesleki kıdemlerinin 0-10 yıl,,okullarında en çok 0-5 yıl kalan,sınıflarını en çok 1 yıldır okutan öğretmenlerin oluşturduğu görülmüştür. Bu araştırma İstanbul Bağcılar ilçesindeki 29 resmi İlköğretim okulunda görevli 190 sınıf öğretmeni ile sınırlandırılmıştır. Çoğunlukla işletmeler açısından değerlendirilip araştırılan zaman kullanımı,zaman yönetimigünümüzde hangi eğitim kademesinde olursa olsun eğitimciler için önem kazanmıştır. İlerde bir çok eğitim kademesi ve eğitimcilerin ele alınarak yapılacak çalışmalarla ortaya çıkacak sonuçların tüm evrene genellenmesi önerilmektedir.

This study has been done as a survey method for the purpose of learning the opinions of primary school teachers who are in the first rank and their using of time on educational activites in classes. In this study it is aimed to awoke the teachers' personal features, their opinions of the importance of daily plans in education, classroom atmosphere, routin doings in classes, of the methods and techniques used in lessons and the strategies to handle with the unwanted behaviors of the students. In this study, the interaction between the opinions of the teachers' personal feautures, their educational situations and their using of time are examined. To make real what is aimed in this study, questionaries, consisting of five sections, and teachers' observations forms of the students are used. In the statistical evaluations frequencies, percentages and avarages are found out, t test(independent samples t test) and one directioned variation analysis (ANOVA) are used. With the results in hand, it can be seen that the opinions of the teachers on the educational situations in classes and the time used on the educational activities are learned. In this study , it is found out that there is a meaningful relation between the teachers' personal feautures and the time used on the educational situations in classes. The using of time on the educational activities in classes in terms of the statistical survey becomes meaningful for the primary school teachers, according to their sexuality, the last school they graudated from, the fact that primary school teaching is their real branch, their classes that they teach, the number of the students in classes, teachers professional degrees and the years passed in school. All of them play an important role on the using of time in education. As the teachers' personal feautures are examined in details, this study shows that most of them are women, have a university degree, their main branches are primary school teaching, the ones who teach to the first classes are at most, the number of their students is about 41-60 in one class, their professional degrees are 0-10 years, their duration of staying in one school is 0-5 years at most, the ones who teach classes for more than one year. This study is limited with the 190 primary school teachers in 29 primary state schools in Bağcılar-İstanbul. Today, whatever the educational degree is, the using of time and the managemend of time, studied and avaluated by most of the institutions, became important for the educationalists.
