Dünyada ve Türkiye'de sosyal girişimcilik

Abstract

Hem dünya genelinde hem Türkiye özelinde esasları geçmişe dayanan ve son dönemde kayda değer ölçüde önem kazanan sosyal girişimcilik kavramının tanımları, sosyal girişimciliğin faaliyet alanı bu çalışmada tüm yönleri ile incelenmiş; dönemsel olarak gelişimi ve başarılı örnekleri araştırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada; büyümenin temel taşlarından bir tanesi konumuna gelmesi, istihdam ve kaynak verimliliğine önemli ölçüde katkıda bulunması odağından hareketle, sosyal girişimciliğin önemi, insani kalkınma ve küresel refah seviyesi gibi sosyal olgulara etkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çerçevede, sosyal girişimciliğin sosyal gelişim üzerindeki etkisi sosyal gelişim endeksi ile derinlemesine irdelenmiş ve bu konuda gösterge kabul edilebilecek seçilmiş başkaca endeksler yardımıyla çeşitli sayısal karşılaştırmalar yapılmış ve türlü çıkarımlarda bulunulmuştur.In this study, the definition and the scope of the term social entrepreneurship which has principles dated back to history and which has gained notable importance recently both worldwide and specifically in Turkey are examined in detail. Moreover, the periodic development and successful examples of social entrepreneurship are tried to be researched in this study. Because social entrepreneurship has become one of the most important elements of growth and because social entrepreneurship has important contributions to resource efficiency, the importance of social entrepreneurship and its effects on social facts such as human development and global welfare are evaluated. In this respect, the effect of social entrepreneurship on social development is analyzed deeply with the social development index and with the help of some other chosen indexes that can be accepted as indicators in this topic, some quantitative comparisons are made and some results are found.
