Örgütsel bilgi yönetim sürecinde bilgi yönetim performansı boyutları: Ölçek geliştirme ve geçerliliği üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

Son yıllarda bilgi kavramı geleneksel anlamının dışına çıkmış ve birçok makro seviyedeki işletmeler kadar mikro seviyedeki işletmeler içinde önemli bir kavram olmuştur. Bunun en önemli nedeni ise günümüzde örgütler için sürdürülebilir bir rekabet avantajı sağlayabilmek için bilgi birikimlerini ve paylaşımlarını sermaye haline getirme zorunluluğunun doğmuş olmasıdır. Bu durum bilgiye sahip olmaktan çok onun yönetilebilmesini gerektirmektedir. Bilginin yönetilmesi ise kapsamlı ve sistematik bir yapıyı takip eden bir süreç olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Örgütlerde elde edilen bilginin işletmenin amaçlarına uygun olarak işlenmesi, bilgi yönetim sürecinin yapılanmasıyla sağlanmaktadır. Bilgi yönetim sürecinin performansı ise kurulan sistemin ne derece etkin olarak kullanıldığının bir göstergesidir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı bilgi yönetim performansını oluşturan boyutların tespitidir. Araştırma kapsamında geliştirilen ölçek bilgi yönetim sürecini kullanan firmalarda çalışan 300 kişiye uygulanmıştır. Bilgi yönetim performansı boyutları "Bilgi Paylaşımı", "Bilgi Toplama", "Bilgi Üretimi" ve " Bilgi Depolama" olarak belirlenmiş ve yüksek düzeyde (CFI=0,90; NFI=0,86; TLI=0,88 ve RMSEA=0,08) uyum değerleri elde edilmiştir.

In recent years, the concept of information left its traditional meaning and became an important concept for micro companies as well as many macro degree companies. The most important reason for this fact is; nowadays, organizations have a responsibility to make their information savings and sharings a capital in order to get a competition advantage. This fact requires the managability of information more than it's possession. The management of the information is emerged as a process which follows a wide and a systematic structure. Processing the information of organizations in accordance with the aims of the company is provided by structuring the information management process. The performance of the information management process shows the efficiency of developed system's usage. The aim of this research is to find the dimensions of information management performance. The scale that had developed for the research applied for 300 people who work on companies that use information management processes. The dimensions of information management performance is determined as "Information Sharing", "Information Gathering", "Information Production", and "Information Storing" with (CFI=0,90; NFI=0,86; TLI=0,88 and RMSEA=0,08) fit measures.
