Girişimcilik ve kişiliközellikleri: geleneksel ve sosyal girişimcilerin kişilik özellikleri arasındaki farklara ilişkin bir araştırma

Abstract

Neden geleneksel girişimciler daha fazla kazanmayı öncelikli hedef belirleyerek girişim hareketine kâr elde etme amaçlı başlarken, sosyal girişimciler ise çok çeşitli konulardaki sorunları çözümlemeyi hedef belirleyerek sosyal fayda sağlamayı amaç edinmektedir? Bu sorudan yola çıkarak bu araştırma kapsamında geleneksel ve sosyal girişimcilerin kişilik özellikleri arasında fark olup olmadığı; teorik çalışma ve girişimcilere uygulanan çevrimiçi (ing. online) anket yöntemiyle bulunmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu araştırma neticesinde elde edilen sonucun; teorik bilgiye, girişimci adaylarına, girişimcilere ve okuyuculara katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

Why are traditional entrepreneurs starting an entrepreneurship with the aim of earning profit by setting the top priority to the goal of earning more, while social entrepreneurs are aiming to provide social benefits by setting the goal to solve problems in a wide variety of subjects? On the basis of this question, it has been tried to find whether there is any difference between personality traits of traditional and social entrepreneurs by applying them theoretical study and online survey method within the scope of this research. It is thought that the outcome of this research will contribute to theoretical knowledge, entrepreneurial candidates, entrepreneurs and readers.
