Publication: Deniz kuvvetleri komutanlığı bağlısı orta öğretim kurumlarındaki eğitim yöneticilerinin liderlik özellikleri ile etik değerleri arasındaki ilişki
Abstract
Değişen dünya düzeninde gün geçtikçe önem kazanan örgütlerde liderliğin rolü birçok araştırmanın konusu olmuştur. Küreselleşme süreci ile birlikte değişim yaşayan etik değerler, güçlü bir etik liderlik ihtiyacını gündeme getirmiştir. Bu araştırma Deniz Kuvvetleri Komutanlığı'na bağlı orta öğretim kurumlarında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu eğitim kurumlarında eğitim yöneticiliği görevini yürütmekte olan; eğitim-öğretim başkanlarının, bölüm/ grup başkanlarının, öğretmenlerin, kısım amirlerinin ve şube müdürlerinin, yapıyı kurma ve anlayış gösterme alt boyutlarında mevcut olan algı ve beklentilerinin nasıl olduğu tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Deniz Kuvvetleri Komutanlığı bağlısı orta öğretim kurumlarındaki eğitim yöneticilerinin liderlik özellikleri ile etik değerleri arasındaki ilişki adlı çalışmada; liderlik, liderlik teorileri(Özellikler yaklaşımı, Davranışsal yaklaşım, Durumsal yaklaşım), liderlik özellikleri, yönetici ve lider karşılaştırması, okul yöneticisinin liderlik rolü, eğitim yöneticisinin liderlik davranışları, eğitimde liderlik, bilgi toplumu ve geleceğin liderlik anlayışı, bilgi toplumunda liderlik anlayışı, etik ve etik kavramının kuramsal temelleri, etik davranışının toplumsal etkenleri(kültür, değer, norm), yönetimde etik, eğitim yönetiminde etik konuları üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu araştırmanın evrenini 2001-2002 Eğitim/ Öğretim yılında Deniz Kuvvetleri Komutanlığı bağlısı orta öğretim kurumlarında (Deniz Lisesi Komutanlığı, Deniz Astsubay Hazırlama Okulu Komutanlığı) görev yapan eğitim yöneticileri(eğitim-öğretim başkanları, bölüm/ grup başkanları, öğretmenler, kısım amirleri ve şube müdürleri) oluşturmuştur. Evrenin tümüne ulaşılabildiğinden örneklem alınmamıştır. Bu çalışmada; Liderlik Davranışlarını Betimleme Ölçeği ve Yönetimde etik anketi kullanılmıştır.
The importance of leadership in the organizations are gaining importance as the overchanging world order will be the plot of this research. With the overchanging world order the importance of leadership in the organizations which is gaining importance will be the main plot of this research. The moral values which have changed throughout the globali sation process has put forword the need for a strong moral leadership. This research has been carried out at the Naval secondary schools ın these educational organizations the aim was to point out the educational chiefs, group chiefs, teachers, section chiefs and headmasters expectations, and perceptions which are on the lower dimensions of showing undestanding and building the structure. In the work out titled The relationship between the ethical values and the leadship principles of the educational managers in the military secondary schools belonging to the Naval Force, leadership, theories (situational approach, Behavioral approach, Fatural approach) leadership principles,the comparison of a leader and a manager, the role of leadership of a school manager and educational manager the leadeship in education, the understanding of future leadeship and information community, the leadership understanding in the information community, ethic and the theoratical basics of the concept of ethic, ethical behaviors social factors, the ethic in the management the ethical subjects in the educational management were the main titles. The universe of this research consists of the educational managers (educational chiets, group chiefs, teaches, section chiefs and headmaster) working in the military secondary school of the Turkish Naval Forces (The Command of Navy High School, the Command of Naval Staff Sergeant Preparation School) in the years 2001-2002. As it was possible to reach the whole universe, it wasn't necessary to take any other sample. In this work-out, the measure of illustrating the behaviors of leadership and the ethical questionnaire in the management were used.
