Publication: Toplam kalite yönetiminde eğitim ve bir tekstil işletmesi olan Bilkont A.Ş.’ de toplam kalite yönetimi ve eğitim konusu üzerine bir araştırma
Abstract
Bu çalışma 4 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, yönetim kavramı, tanımı, gelişimi araştırılmış ve özellikleri incelenmiştir. Yönetimin tarihsel gelişimi incelenmiştir. Bilimsel öncesi yönetim, bilimsel yönetim dönemi, beşeri ilişkiler dönemi, modern yönetim teorisi ve modern sonrası çağdaş kavramlar ve yaklaşımlar incelenmiştir. Yönetim biliminin tarihsel gelişiminde hangi dönemde, hangi bilim adamları nasıl katkıda bulunmuştur, bir sonraki döneme katkısı nasıl olmuştur, yapılan araştırma ve deneyler araştırılmıştır. İkinci bölümde, yönetimin fonksiyonları incelenmiştir. Sırası ile planlama, örgütleme (organizasyon), yürütme, koordinasyon (uyumlaştırma - düzenleştirme), denetim ve karar verme fonksiyonları incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde, Toplam Kalite Yönetimi, tanımı, felsefesi açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Toplam Kalite Yönetimi ile klasik yönetim arasındaki fark incelenmiştir. TKY felsefesi başlığı altında Deming'in 14 İlkesi açıklanmıştır. Ve özellikle Toplam Kalite Yönetiminin ilkeleri sıralanarak incelenmiştir. Yine aynı bölüm içerisinde Toplam Kalite Yönetiminde eğitim kavramı incelenmiş, yönetimin etkinliğinin, etkili bir eğitim lanacağı açıklanmıştır. Bu bölümde son olarak, kalite bilincinin yükseltilmesi konusu ele alınmıştır. Son bölümde ise, uygulama kısmı ele alınmıştır. Entegre bir tekstil kuruluşu olan Bilkont A.Ş. 'de Toplam Kalite Çalışmaları içinde eğitim faaliyeti incelenmiştir. Toplam Kalite Yönetimi çalışmaları içinde yapılan eğitimlerin etkinliğinin ölçülmesi için bir anket çalışması düzenlenmiştir. Burada anket soruları arasında bağlantı kurularak sonuçları irdelenmiştir. Çalışma, sonuç ve önerilerle tamamlanmıştır.
This study includes four chapters. In the first chapter, the concept of change, its definition and its progress is researched and its features studied. The historical progress of change is studied. Pre-science management, the period of scientific management, the period of human relationships, the theory of modern management and the post-modern contemporary concepts and approaches are studied. How and those scientists who have contributed to the science of management throughout its historical progress, how they have contributed to the following period and their studies and experiments are researched. In the second chapter, the functions of management are studied. The functions of planning, organising, performing, coordination, supervision and resolution are studied respectively. In the third chapter, Total Quality Management, its definition and its philosophy are studied. The difference between the Total Quality Management and a classical model of management is studied. Under the headline of Total Quality Management, Deming's 14 principles are explained. The principles of Total Quality Management particularly are studied respectively. In the same chapter, the concept of education in Total Quality Management is studied. Here it is stated that the efficiency of management will be provided by an efficient education. Finally, the issue of improving the awareness of management is examined in this chapter. In the last chapter, the application of management is examined. The educational activities at Bilkont Joint-stock Company, which is an integrated textile company, are examined. A questionnaire was arranged in order to evaluate the efficiency of the educational activities in the studies of Total Quality Management. The results are examined and the study is completed with the conclusion and further suggestions.
