Publication: Depremin Marmara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Çocuk Psikiyatrisi Polikliniği'ne başvuru profili üzerine etkisi
Abstract
Amaç: 1998 ve 1999 deprem sonrası aylarda Marmara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Çocuk Psikiyatrisi Polikliniği'ne ilk kez başvuran hastaları yaş, cinsiyet ve tanı açısından karşılaştırmalı incelemektir. Yöntem: 1998 ve 1999 yıllarında, 18 Ağustos-18 Kaım tarihleri arasında Marmara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Çocuk Psikiyatrisi Polikliniği'ne ilk kez başvuran hastaların dosyaları geriye dönük olarak değerlendirilip veriler toplanmıştır. Sonuç: 1998 yılında başvuran cocuklarda daha çok iletişim bozuklukları ve dışa atım bozuklukları, 1999 yılında başvuranlarda daha çok anksiyete bozuklukları tanısı konmuştur.
Objective: The aim of research is compare the age, sex initial problems, final diagnosis of the outpatients firstly admitted to Child Psychiatry Department of Marmara University Feculty in txo years before and after earthquake. Method: The data is obtained from the archive of our department from the patients reports. Results: In 1999, after the earthquake, children had the diagnosis of anxiety disorders more than the previous year.
