Abstract

Çalışmanın amacı esnek yan hak uygulamalarının işgören ve işveren açısından avantaj ve dezavantajlarını ortaya koymaktır. Bu kapsamda motivasyon ve yan haklar da araştırmaya konu olmuştur. Teorik çalışma ve uzmanlar grubu ile yapılan görüşmeler sonucunda işgören ve işverenler için soru formu oluşturulmuştur. Çalışma sonucu elde edilen verilerin; teorik bilgiye, işgörenlere, işverenlere ve okuyuculara katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

The object of the study is to reveal the advantages and disadvantages of flexible benefits in terms of emloyers and employees. Within this scope motivation and fringe benefits have also been the subject of the research. As a result of the theoretical studies and interviews with experts group, a questionnaire was created for employers and employees. It is believed that the data obtained after the study will contribute to the theoretical knowledge, employees, employers and readers.
