Abstract
SÜNNETTE İNSAN UNSURUNUN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ Tezimiz bir giriş ile üç bölümden oluşmaktadır: Kur’an ve Sünnet’e Göre İnsan” başlığını taşımaktadır. Bu bölümde insanın yaratılış özellikleri, insan psikolojisini etkileyen duygular ile insanın İslam’a göre değeri, konumu ve sorumluluğunu inceledim. İkinci bölüm, “Peygamberimizin İnsan Unsurunu Değerlendirmesi” ismini taşımaktadır. Bu bölümde, insana formasyon kazandırmanın önemini belirterek, Peygamberimizin bu konudaki fiilî uygulamalarını gösterdik. Peygamberimizin kabiliyetleri tespit edip değerlendirmesiyle ilgili bazı örnekler verdik. Hz. Peygamber, önce gerekli formasyonu kazandırmış sonra istihdam etmiştir. İnsan istihdamında da belli prensiplere riayet etmiştir. Biz bu prensipleri tespit etmeye çalışarak, Peygamberimizin insan istihdam ettiği sahaları da anahatlarıyla belirttik. Bu bölümde ayrıca, Peygamberimizin insan unsurunu verimli kullanmasıyla ilgili yöntemlerini anlattık. Üçüncü bölümde ise, “Kişilik Tipleri ve Peygamberimiz’in Farklı Kişiliklere Yaklaşımı” başlığı altında mizaç, karakter, şahsiyet kavramlarını açıkladıktan sonra kişilik tipleriyle ilgili değişik görüşlere yer verdik. Konumuzla ilgili beş tip tespit ettik. Bu tipleri de; araştırıcı tip, sûfî tip, girişimci tip, sanatçı tip, sosyal tip şeklinde ifade ettik. Her tiple ilgili de, en belirgin iki veya üç yönünü ayrı ayrı olarak değerlendirdik. Araştırma, genel bir hülasa mahiyetindeki sonuç bölümüyle tamamlanmıştır.
THE EVALUATİON OF THE CONCEPT OF HUMAN İN SUNNAH There is one introduction and three chapters on the thesis. The title of the first chapter is “Human according to Qur’an and Sunnah”. In this chapter I studied on the creation of the human; emotions which effect to the human psychology and the value, situation and responsibilities of the human in Islam. The title of the second chapter is “Prophet Muhammad’s Evaluation of the Concept of Human”. In this chapter I showed the Prophet’s attitutes about the giving formations to the people and I gave some examples about how the Prophet discovered the abilities of the people around him and how he used thoses capabilities. The Prophet firstly gave the necessary formation for a person and then he charged this person. with a duty. In charging the people he established certain principles. I tired to find out those principles abd defined the basic areas where the Prophet assigned duties for people. Also in this chapter I explained the fruitful methods of the Prophet while entrusting duties for people. At the third chapter, under the title of “Types of Personality and Prophet’s Approach to the Different Personalities”, I firstly explained the concept of temperament, character and personality and then I added the other opinions about the different personalities. I defined five different kinds of personality and named them as researcher, sufi, entrepreneur, artisan and outgoing. For each personality I indicated two or three basic characteristics. The research is completed with a summarizing part at the end.
