İlkokul 3. sınıf fen bilimleri dersi öğretim programı' nın değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırma 2014-2015 eğitim-öğretim yılında ilk defa uygulamaya konan İlkokul 3. Sınıf Fen Dilimleri Dersi Öğretim nın değerlendirilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2014-2015 eğitim-öğretim yılında İstanbul İli Anadolu Yakası’nda bulunan ilkokullarda görev yapan öğretmenler ve bu okullarda öğrenim gören öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise İstanbul’un Ümraniye ilçesindeki ilkokullarda görev yapan 200 ilkokul öğretmeni ve bu okullarda okuyan 100 3.sınıf öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma genel tarama modellerinden tekil tarama modeline uygun olarak düzenlenmiştir. Fen Bilimleri Öğretim Programını değerlendirmek için programın uygulayıcısı olan öğretmenlerin görüşlerine başvurulmuştur. Bunun için araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen veri toplama aracı (öğretmen anketi) uzmanların da görüşleri alınarak katılımcılara uygulanmıştır. Öğrencilerin kazanımlara ulaşma düzeyinin belirlenmesi için ise programda yer alan 32 kazanım için orta zorlukta 32 maddelik akademik başarı testi hazırlanmıştır. Pilot uygulamalardan sonra ankete ve akademik başarı testine son şekli verilmiştir

This research is aimed to evaluate the 3rd grade Science Curriculum (SC) that has been applied for the first time in the 2014-2015 academic years. The scope of the study covers the teachers and the students of primary schools in Anatolian side of Istanbul. The sample of the study consists of 200 primary school teachers and 100 3rd grade students in Umraniye district of Istanbul. The research is designed in relation to the single survey model. The teachers as they are the conductors of the program were asked to give their opinions about the 3rd grade SC program in order to evaluate it. With this purpose, data collection tool (questionnaire) developed by the researcher was applied to the participants in relation with the views of the specialists. To evaluate the acquisition levels of students’ 32- item academic success test of average difficulty level was prepared. Questionnaire and academic success test were put into their final form after the implementation of pilot scheme.
