Abstract
Türkiye’deki meslekî ve teknik ortaöğretime yönelik toplumsal algının olumlu yönde
dönüşümüne katkı sağlamak için hazır bulunuşluk düzeyi daha yüksek öğrencileri
hedefleyen çeşitli meslek liseleri kurulmuştur. Bu araştırmanın amacı, 2019-2020 eğitim
öğretim yılında İstanbul ilinde açılan bir Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi'nde sunulan
hizmete ilişkin beklenti ve memnuniyet düzeyini öğrenci ve veli algılarına dayalı olarak
ölçmektir. Araştırmada tüm evren ulaşılabilir durumda olduğundan örneklem
belirlenmemiştir. 90 veli ve 90 öğrencinin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilen çalışmada veri iki
aşamalı olarak toplanmıştır. Veli ve öğrencilerin hizmet öncesi beklentileri ile hizmet
sonrası algılarına ilişkin ölçüm sonuçları karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışmada, velilerin beklenti
düzeylerinin öğrencilere kıyasla daha yüksek olduğu ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Bununla birlikte
öğrenciler için güvenirlik ve yanıt verebilirlik boyutları ile veliler için empati boyutu
dışında sunulan hizmetin öğrenci ve veli beklentilerini karşıladığı tespit edilmiştir.
Various vocational high schools targeting students with higher levels of readiness were established in Turkey in order to contribute to the positive transformation of the public perception towards vocational and technical secondary education. The aim of this research is to measure expectation and satisfaction levels regarding the service provided in a Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School opened in Istanbul in the 2019-2020 academic year depending on the students and their parents’ perceptions. As the entire population was accessible, no sample was specified in the study. In the study, which was carried out with the participation of 90 parents and 90 students, the data were collected in two phases. Results of the measurement regarding pre-service expectations of parents and students and their post-service perceptions were compared. In the study, it was found out that the expectation levels of the parents were higher than those of the students. In addition, it was revealed that the service provided met the expectations of students and parents, except for dimensions of reliability and responsiveness for students and empathy for parents.
