Basın işletmelerinin personel yapısı ve Türkiye ile Avrupa ülkeleri arasındaki farklılıklar

Abstract

BASIN İŞLETMELERİNİN PERSONEL YAPISI VE TÜRKİYE İLE AVRUPA ÜLKELERİ ARASINDAKİ FARKLILIKLAR Günümüzde basın işletmeleri özellikle teknolojinin ve ekonomik sürecin sonucu olarak farklı personel yapılarına bürünmüştür. Bu çalışmada konunun hukuki boyutu da göz önünde bulundurularak farklı medya birimlerinin personel yapıları, son yıllarda bu sürecin şekillendirmesiyle gelinen noktaya kadar incelenmiştir. Yayımcının zekası, bilgi birikimi ve hayata bakış açısı yayımın kalitesini belirler, dolayısıyla toplumu etkiler ve yönlendirir. Bu sorumluluk nedeniyle basın personelinin önemi bir kat daha artar. Bu çalışma hazırlanırken de bu faktörler dikkate alınmış, basın işletmelerinin tanımından başlayarak, Avrupa ülkeleri ile karşılaştırmaya kadar basın personelinin bu misyonu gözetilerek hareket edilmiştir. Çalışmada yer verilen uzman görüşlerinin yanı sıra medyadan somut örnekler konuya daha kolay hakim olunması ve beraberinde reel yaklaşımlar getirmesi nedeniyle verim sağlamış, sonuca ulaşırken Avrupa’ya göre neredeyiz sorusuna açıklık getirmiştir. Buna göre en başta sistem eksikliğinin personel yapısında ciddi sıkıntılar yarattığı gözlenmiş olup çözüm için eğitim sistemi ile bütünlük içinde olan yeni bir yapılanma gereksinimi tespit edilmiştir.

PERSONAL STRUCTURE OF MEDIA COMPANIES AND DIFFERENCES BETWEEN TURKEY AND EUROPEAN COUNTRIES Nowadays, press associations have been formed into different employee structures as a result of tecnological and economical processes. In this project, the process of progress for the employee structures of different media units have been analysed under consideration of legal concerns. The quality of the material is based on intellectuality, knowledge and perspective of broadcaster/ editor therefore effects and orientates the society. This responsibility directly magnifies the importance of members of the press. In the preparation process of this work this mission of members of the press was taken into consideration, starting by the definition of Press Associates and moving to comparisons of that aspect with European alikes. Opinions of experts and also tangible examples from the media brought a more realistic approach to the matter and made it easier to understand, consequently leading to an answer to the question : “Where are we at this matter compared to Europe?” As a result, there seems to be a lack of system in the employee structure, which points to a need for a new structure, which could ideally work in coordination with the current education system.
