Abstract
Türk Milliyetçiliği’nde Ekonomi Meselesi adını taşıyan bu çalışmada, Türk milliyetçiliğinin ideoloji vasfını kazanmasından îtibâren günümüze kadar geçen zamanda ekonomi meselesine dâir görüş ve yaklaşımlarının neler olduğu açıklığa kavuşturulmak istenmiştir. Bu çabanın bir gereği olarak, hem Batı’da hem de Osmanlı İmparatorluğu’nda milliyetçi iktisat görüşlerinin izleri ve öncüleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ardından, Türk milliyetçiliğini ideolojik yönden etkilemiş sîmâların bir zaman sırası içerisinde görüşlerine yer verilerek, Türk milliyetçiliğinin iktisâdî görüşlerinin genel bir manzarası ortaya konulmak istenmiştir. İdeolojinin iktisâdî düşünceye katkılarının yoğun olduğu devrede belirli şahsiyetlerin görüşleri iktisâdî kavramlar üzerinden değerlendirilmiş; iktisâdî düşünceye katkı açısından verimli olmayan dönemler ise kendi koşulları nedeniyle belirli hususların tetkik edilmesi yoluyla incelenmiştir. Çalışmada yer verdiğimiz sîmâların benzer yahut farklı yaklaşımları üzerinde durularak ideolojinin fikrî gelişimi de takip edilmek istenmiştir. Bu vesîleyle; Türk milliyetçiliğinin ekonomi politiği, müşterek iktisâdî söylemleri ve günümüz iktisâdî düşüncesine katkı sağlayabilme imkânları sınanmaya çalışılmıştır.
In this study which is called The Issue of Economy in Turkish Nationalism, it was aimed to clarify what the views and approaches of the Turkish nationalism about the economy issue have been made since the Turkish nationalism has been named as an ideology. As a requirement of this effort, the traces and pioneers of nationalist economic views in both the West and the Ottoman Empire have been tried to be determined. Then, the views of the names of those who have influenced the Turkish nationalism ideologically were given chronologically and the economic views of Turkish nationalism were meant to reveal. In the period when the ideology contributes to economic thinking, the views of certain individuals have been evaluated through economic concepts, and the periods that are inefficient in terms of contributing to economic thought have been examined by investigating specific issues due to their own conditions. The intellectual development of the Turkish nationalism ideology was also wanted to be followed by focusing on the similar or different approaches of the people I included in the study. On this occasion; the political economy of Turkish nationalism, common economic discourses and the possibilities of contributing to today's economic thought have been tried to be tested.
