Abstract

türkiye'de ve dünyada bireysel emeklilik sisteminin gelişimi ele alınmıştır. Bu yüksek lisans tezinde bireysel emeklilik sisteminin ülkemizde ki mali ve iktisadi durumunun yanında mevzuatlar bakımından da gelişimi incelenmiştir. Türkiye ve dünya örneklerinin hangi amaçlar ile ortaya çıktığı araştırılmış, günümüzde geldiği nokta iktisadi ve hukuki olarak değerlendirilmiştir.

The improvement of individual pension system both in Turkey and in the world is examined. In addition to the current financial and economic conditions of the individual pension system in our country, its improvement in accordance with the legislations is analyzed in this master’s thesis. The purposes of the formation of individual pension system precedents in Turkey and in the world are researched, the current situation of this system as of today is evaluated economically and legally.
