Abstract
HEIDELBERG HARRİS M-600 MODEL MAKİNALARDA BASKI PERFORMANSININ İNCELENMESİ Teze konu olan Heidelberg Harris M-600 model makineler yapı itibari ile web-fed heat-set ofset baskı sistemine dayanmaktadır. O nedenle öncelikle web-fed heat-set ofset baskı sistemi, yapısını oluşturan tüm öğeleri ile birlikte detaylı olarak açıklandı. Heidelberg M-600 heat set web ofset baskı makinelerinin teknik özellikleri ve beraberinde belli başlı yaşanan baskı problemleri neden sonuç ilişkisine dayalı olarak çözüm önerileri sunuldu. Baskı performansını doğrudan etkileyen mekanik, fiziksel ve kimyasal unsurlar hakkında alan yazında literatür taraması yapılarak detaylı bilgilere yer verildi. M-600 A ve B baskı makineleriyle çalışır iken baskı performansına etki eden birçok unsur, çeşitli araştırma ve incelemeler yolu ile tespit edilmeye çalışıldı. Sonuç ve değerlendirme bölümünde baskıda görev alan deneyimli kişilerin bilgilerinden de istifade edilerek yapılan tüm baskıların kalite standartlarından sapmalarının nedenleri değerlendirildi. THE INVESTIGATION OF PRINTING PERFORMANCE OF THE HEIDELBERG M-600 HEATSET WEB OFFSET PRESSES The Heidelberg Haris M-600 model printing press that is being the topic of the thesis is based upon web-fed heatset offset printing method. Therefore, first of all, web-fed heatset offset printing system is explained thoroughly together with all its structural components. The technical specifications of the Heidelberg M-600 heatset web offset presses and along with their mainly experienced printing problems are expressed by means of reasons and causes. At the same time, in the thesis, regarding mechanical, physical and chemical factors that affect printing performance directly are discussed in detail by scanning literature and these factors were strived to determine by way of various researches and investigations when working on M-600 A and B printing presses. In the conclusion part of the thesis, the reasons of deviating from the printing quality standards were appraised also by benefiting from some highly qualified people's discussions. The measures were established so as to improve printing performance and a set of suggestions which could remove the negativities in printing were made. May 2005Erdinç AKYOL
