Publication: Basım sanayisinde endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerinin sürdürülebilir üretime etkileri
Abstract
Bu çalışma, basım sanayisinde Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerinin sürdürülebilirlik hedeflerine olan olumlu ve olumsuz etkilerini inceleyerek, bu süreçlerde karşılaşılan zorluklara yönelik alınabilecek önlemleri belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Ayrıca, elde edilen verilerle Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerinin sürdürülebilir üretim açısından etkilerini değerlendirmeyi hedeflemektedir. Bu araştırma kapsamında çevresel, ekonomik ve sosyal sürdürülebilirlik hedeflerine yönelik etkileri doküman analizi metoduyla incelenerek Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerinin basım sanayisinde sürdürülebilirliğin önemli üç boyutuna yaptığı katkılar değerlendirilmiştir. Basım sanayisinde Endüstri 4.0 teknolojileri ile güçlü sürdürülebilir hedeflere giden yol haritasını geliştirmek için, bilgilerin doğruluğuna ilişkin hataları en aza indirmeyi amaçlayan atıf yöntemi olarak sistematik literatür taraması metodu ile yapılan araştırma ve incelemelerden ulaşılan verilerin güvenilir olması, zaman ve emek tasarrufu ve ilgili araştırma konusu hakkında daha fazla bilgi edinilmesi sağlanmıştır. Bulgular, Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerini kullanarak farklı düzeylerde sürdürülebilirlik iyileştirme fırsatlarını belirlemede literatürün hala sınırlı olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Sektörlerin geneli için yeterli düzeyde veri ortaya konulamazken basım endüstrisi içinde Endüstri 4.0 teknolojileri ile sürdürebilirliğin sağlanması, kolaylaştırılması ve geliştirilebilmesinin mümkün olup olmadığı sorusunun mevcut literatür ile kapsamlı bir şekilde ele almak yetersiz kalmaktadır. Bu nedenle araştırmada Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerini ve bunların sürdürülebilir üretim üzerindeki potansiyel etkilerini inceleyerek, basım sanayisi üretim süreçlerinde konvansiyonel sistemler ile Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerinin karşılaştırılma analizleri sunulmuştur. Bu tez, basım müesseselerinde sürdürülebilirlik hedeflerini inceleyerek, toplumsal, çevresel ve ekonomik değerleri Endüstri 4.0 verileriyle değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Tez, ilgili literatüre katkı sağlamayı hedefleyerek, Endüstri 4.0'ın bu üç temel boyutta sürdürülebilirlik üzerindeki etkilerini analiz etmektedir.
This study aims to examine the positive and negative effects of Industry 4.0 technologies on sustainability goals in the printing industry and to determine the measures that can be taken for the difficulties encountered in these processes. It also aims to evaluate the effects of Industry 4.0 technologies in terms of sustainable production with the data obtained. Within the scope of this research, the contributions of Industry 4.0 technologies to the three important dimensions of sustainability in the printing industry were evaluated by examining their effects on environmental, economic and social sustainability goals through document analysis method. In order to develop a road map to strong sustainable goals with Industry 4.0 technologies in the printing industry, the data obtained from the research and examinations carried out with the systematic literature review method as a citation method aiming to minimize errors regarding the accuracy of the information are reliable, saving time and labor and obtaining more information about the relevant research topic. The findings reveal that the literature is still limited in identifying sustainability improvement opportunities at different levels using Industry 4.0 technologies. It is insufficient to comprehensively address the question of whether it is possible to ensure, facilitate and improve sustainability with Industry 4.0 technologies within the printing industry while there is not enough data for the sectors in general with the existing literature. For this reason, in this research, by examining Industry 4.0 technologies and their potential effects on sustainable production, comparative analyses of conventional systems and Industry 4.0 technologies in printing industry production processes are presented. This thesis aims to evaluate social, environmental and economic values with Industry 4.0 data by examining sustainability goals in printing establishments. The thesis aims to contribute to the related literature and analyses the effects of Industry 4.0 on sustainability in these three main dimensions.
