Publication: BATI TRAKYALI ÂLİM AHMET DAVUDOĞLU’NUN SELAMETYOLLARI ADLI ESERİNDE BAZI FIKHÎ TERCİHLERİ
Abstract
Bu makalede Batı Trakyalı bir âlim olan Ahmet Davudoğlu’nun Selâmet Yolları isimli eserindekifıkhî tercihleri değerlendirilmiştir. Selâmet Yolları isimli bu eser, muhaddis İbn Hacer el-Askalânîadlı âlimin ahkâmla ilgili hadislere dair kaleme aldığı Bülûgu’l-merâm min edilleti’l-ahkâm isimlieserinin Türkçe tercümesi ve izahıdır. Makalede öncelikle müellif Ahmet Davudoğlu ve eserininkısa bir tanıtımı yapıldı. İbn Hacer ve bu esere şerh yazan şârih San‘ânî’nin farklı mezhepleremüntesip birer âlim olmalarına karşın Ahmet Davudoğlu, Hanefî bir geleneğe sahip birmütercimdir. Fakat Davudoğlu’nun bazı fıkhî konularda bağlı olduğu mezhep görüşünden farklıdüşündüğü görülmektedir. Özellikle “Kâmette Bazı Lafızların Tek veya Çift Okunması”, “RükûaGiderken ve Rükûdan Doğrulurken Ellerin Kaldırılması (Ref‘u’l-yedeyn)”, “Yağmur Duası(İstiskâ) Namazı” gibi selef ve halef ulemanın ihtilaf ettiği kadim fıkhî meseleler hususunda nasılbir tercihte bulunduğu tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.
In this article, Western Thracian scholar Ahmet Davudoğlu's book named Selamet Yolları is evaluted in the context of fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) preferences. It is the translation and commentary of Bulugh al-Maram min Adillat al-Ahkam, written by Ibn Hajar al-Askalânî on the hadiths of ahkâm. In the article firstly Ahmet Davudoğlu and his work was explained briefly. Although Ibn Hajar al-Askalani, and explorer San’ânî are scholars of different sects, Ahmet Davudoğlu is a translator has a Hanafi tradition. However, Davudoğlu seem to think differently from the sectarian view to which he is bound in some fiqh issues. Especially “Single or Double Reading of Some Words in Kamet”, “Reasing of hands while going bowing and straightening up from bowing in the prayer”, “Prayers for rain” as the predecessor and successor ulema disputes on the issue of how to make choices about the ancient fiqh issues have been tried to determine.
