Abstract

netimi, İhracat, İthalat, Dış Ticaret ÖZET DIŞ TİCARET İŞLEMLERİNDE RİSK YÖNETİMİ Ulaşım ve iletişim teknolojilerindeki gelişmeler ve mal ve sermaye piyasalarının serbestleşmesi küreselleşmenin hız kazanmasına neden olmuştur. Bu süreç, ülkeler arasındaki dış ticaret işlemlerinin hızla gelişmesini sağlamıştır. Dış ticaret işlemleri ile uğraşan şirketler farklı ülkelerdeki, farklı kültürlere ve farklı hukuk sistemlerine bağlı işletmelerle ilişki içerisine girmektedirler. Ayrıca dış ticaret sürecine bankalar, taşıma şirketleri, sigorta şirketleri, gümrük müşavirleri gibi hizmet sağlayıcılar girmekte olup bu süreçte birçok risk ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu açıdan dış ticaret işlemleri iç ticaret işlemlerine göre daha karmaşık ve risklidir. Bu çalışmada, ihracat ve ithalat işlemlerinde ortaya çıkan işlem riskleri incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda ticari, politik, kur riskleri ve operasyonel riskler incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, çalışmada tespit edilen işlem risklerine karşı, risk yönetimi modeli çerçevesinde kullanılacak sigorta, banka garantileri, gözetim raporları ve döviz türev ürünler gibi araçlar ile önlem alınabildiği tespit edilmiştir. RISK MANAGEMENT IN FOREIGN TRADE TRANSACTIONS Developments in transportation and communication technologies and the freedom of asset and capital markets accelerate globalisation. This process leads rapid developments in foreign trade transactions among countries. Companies conducting foreign trade operations are connected into business relations with companies in different countries, different cultures and different legal systems. In addition, during the foreign trade operations there are many service providers such as banks, transportation companies, insurance companies, customs consultants and during these operations many risks emerge. From this perspective, foreign trade transactions are more complicated and risky than domestic trade transactions. With this study, process risks emerging in the export and import operations are examined. In this context, commercial, political, exchange rate risks and operational risks were examined. As a result, it was concluded that, process risks identified in this study can be hedged by using methods such as insurance, bank guarantees, inspection reports and foreign exchange derivative products in the context of risk management model.
