Abstract

Yerel Medya, Bursa Yerel Medyası, Göç. ÖZET 1989 BULGARİSTAN’DAN ZORUNLU GÖÇÜN ETKİLERİNİN BURSA YEREL BASINI ÖRNEĞİNDE İNCELENMESİ Çalışmada II. Dünya Savaşı sonrası yaşanan en büyük göç olan 1989’da yaşanan Bulgaristan’dan kitlesel göçün Türkiye coğrafyasında gelişen süreci dönemin Bursa medyası üzerinden ele alınmıştır. Bu amaçla Türkiye’de yerel habercilik alanında özgün bir örnek olması bakımından Bursa medyası incelenmiştir. Bursa Gazeteciler Cemiyeti’nin de desteğiyle yerel medyada çalışan gazetecilerin önemli bir kısmı 212 Sayılı Basın Mesleğinde Çalışanlarla Çalıştıranlar Arasındaki Münasebetlerin Tanzimi Hakkında Kanun hükümlerine tâbidir. Anadolu’daki genel uygulamaların aksine Bursa’da gazetecilik bir meslek statüsü kazanmıştır. Gazeteciliğin meslek olarak kabul edildiği bir alanda yerel haberciliği tanımlamak amacıyla ulusal bir gündem oluşturmasının yanısıra yerel etkisi de yoğun olan ve devletin resmi politikasının ortaya konduğu 1989 yılında gerçekleşen Bulgaristan’dan “zorunlu göç” haberleri Bursa yerel basını özelinde incelenmiştir. 1989 BULGARİA FORCED IMMIGRATION EFFECTS' ANALIYSIS AT BURSA'S LOCAL MEDİA This study addresses the process of the mass migration from Bulgaria in 1989, which is the most massive migration in the post World War II period, in the geography of Turkey. For this purpose, the media of Bursa has been examined as a unique case of local journalism in Turkey. A considerable number of local media journalists are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 212 Regarding the Regulation of the Relationships Between the Employees and the Employers in the Profession of Journalism with the support of Bursa Association of Journalists. Contrary to the general practices in Anatolia, journalism has gained the status of a profession in Bursa. In addition to setting up a national agenda for the purpose of defining local journalism in a region where journalism has been accepted as a profession, the news of “forced migration” from Bulgaria in 1989 which has an intense local impact and which demonstrates the formal state policy has been inspected in the specific local media of Bursa.
