Temel hadis kaynaklarında “bizden değildir” formatıyla gelen hadisler

Abstract

TEMEL HADİS KAYNAKLARINDA ‘‘BİZDEN DEĞİLDİR’’ FORMATIYLA GELEN HADİSLER Recep UNUTMAZ Marmara Üniversitesi, Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü İlahiyat Hadis Bilim Dalı sayfa, Haziran 2010. Danışman: Prof. Dr. Emin Âşıkkutlu Çalışmamızın kaynağını oluşturan ‘‘bizden değildir’’ formatıyla rivâyet edilen hadisler; temel hadis kaynaklarından olan Kütüb-i Tis’a’daki rivâyetler esas alınarak incelenmiştir. Tezimiz giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde konunun önemi, kapsamı, metodu ve kaynakları sunulmuştur. Birinci bölümde ‘‘Bizden değildir’’ ifadesi bir hitâbet üslûbu olması nedeniyle ‘‘Hz. Peygamber döneminde hitâbet, Hz. Peygamber’in hitâbet üslûbu ve ‘‘bizden değildir hitâbı’’ incelenmiştir. Tezimizin ana gövdesini oluşturan ikinci bölümde, Kütüb-i Tis’a’da ‘‘bizden değildir’’ formatıyla 144 rivâyet tespit edilmiştir. Bunlar ibâdet, itikat, ahlak, teşebbüh ve temizlik konularını kapsamaktadır. Bu rivâyetler, Kütüb-i Tis’a esas alınarak tahriçi yapıldıktan sonra, metin ve senet açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Senet tahlilinde 261 ravi cerh ve ta’dil açısından incelenmiş, böylece hadislerin sıhhat derecesi belirlenmiştir. Metin tahlilinde, hadislerin vurûd sebepleri, hadislerdeki lafız faklılıkları ve garip kelimeler tesit edilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ‘‘bizden değildir’’ formatıyla gelen hadisler konuları ve delaleti açısından incelenmiştir. Hadisler konuları açısından itikâdî ve ahlâki değerlendirmelere yer verilmiştir. Delaleti yönüyle, Arap dili açısından hangi manalarda kullanıldığı belirlenirken, fıkhî açıdan da ne hüküm ifade ettikleri tespit edilmiştir. zden Değildir, Hitâbet, İbadet, İtikat, Ahlak, Teşebbüh, Temizlik, Delâlet.

Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Emin Âşıkkutlu The hadith narrations which were narrated in the form of “İt's not from us” and form our work’s ground were examined on the basis of the narrations in the Kutub al Tis’a. Our thesis is composed of three parts and an introduction. In the introduction, the importance of topic, its scope, method and sources presented. In the first part, rhetoric in the Prophet’s (pbuh) era, the rhetoric style of the Prophet (pbuh) and the “İt's not from us” rhetoric were examined because of that the expression “İt's not from us” is a rhetorical style. In the second pard which forms the main body of the thesis 144 narrations which were narrated in the form of “İt's not from us” in the Kutub al Tis’a were identified. These covers worship, faith, moral, resemblance and cleaning issues. After the identification, these narrations were evaluated in terms of text and links on the basis of Kutub al Tis’a. In the analysis of links, 261 narrators were examined, thus the level of authenticity of the narrations could be determined. In the text analysis, the reasons why they were said, letter diversities in narrations and some unknown words were examined. In the third part, the narrations that were narrated in the form of “İt's not from us” were examined in terms of their topics and significations. Their topics were evaluated in terms of faith and moral. In terms of their significations, they were examined by regarding at their meanings in the Arabic language and their provisions in the Islamic law.
