Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı/Türkçe Öğretmenlerinin Yetiştirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Türk dili ve edebiyatı/Türkçe öğretmeni yetiştirme sisteminin çeşitli boyutları ile tanıtılması ve öğretmen eğitiminde mevcut durum ortaya konularak sorunlara çözüm önerileri getirme amaçlanmıştır. Bu bağlamda giriş bölümünde öğretmenin eğitim sistemi içindeki yeri vurgulanmıştır. Giriş bölümünün ardından Türk dili ve edebiyatı öğretmenliğinin önemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Daha sonra öğretmen yetiştirmenin çok kapsamlı bir konu olması dolayısıyla; öğretmen adaylarının seçimi, konusu, hizmet öncesi dönem (öğretmen yetiştiren öğretmen, üniversitede alınan derslerin orta öğretimde verilecek derslerle uygunluğu, öğretmenlik uygulaması) öğretmen atamalarında yapılanlar ve yapılması gerekenler, hizmet içi eğitim vb. üzerinde durularak bazı güncel sorunlara çeşitli öneriler sunulmuştur.

In this study, introducing various aspects of training Turkish Language and Literature teacher and solution comments for the current situation in training teachers were aimed. In the introductory section the place of the teachers in the educational system was Secondly the importance of being Turkish Language and Literature Teacher was focussed. Thirdly selecting teacher candidates, university education period, suitability of the subjects studied during education to the classes which will be taught in secondary schools,the applications which should be taken into consideration carefully during teaching practice and employing teachers, in-service training were studied and some solutions were suggested for some current problems.
