Üstel Programlama ile Personel Atama Probleminin Analizi

Abstract

İşletmeler, sık sık bünyelerindeki boş kadrolara en iyi adayları yerleştirme problemi ile karşılaşırlar. Seçimler özenle yapıldığı için bu tür personel seçim süreci maliyeti arttırır. Sonuç olarak, firma minimum maliyetle belirli gereksinmeleri karşılayan bir personel atama sürecini gerçekleştirmelidir. Bu makalede, üstel eşitsizlik kısıtları ile üstel amaç fonksiyonunu minimize etme problemi formüle edilmiş ve üstel programlama tekniği ile çözülmüştür. Basit bir dönüşüm uygulanarak üstel programlama tekniği posynomial geometrik programlamaya dönüştürülmüş ve geometrik programlama tekniğindeki priaml-dual bağlantısı kullanarak personel atama probleminin optimal çözümü bulunmuştur. Personel atama probleminin amaç fonksiyonu ve kısıtlarının yapısı modelin bir üstel programlama metodu ve çözümünü gerektirmiştir. Üstel programlamanın çözümü için geometrik programlama metodu kullanılmıştır.

Industrial firms are always confronted with the problem of selecting the best - qualified applicants to fill company positions. The cost of such personnel selection processes increases as finer selections are made. Consequently, the firm must develop a personel assignment process that meets certain requirements at minimum cost. Such a problem is formulated this paper as the problem of minimizing a exponential subject to a exponential inequality constraint, and the techniques of exponential programming are applied to solve it. A posynomial geometric programming model is reached by applying a basic transformation on the exponential programming problem. So personel assignment problem is solved through primal-dual of the geometric programming problem.
