Bankacılıkta gözetim sistemlerinin etkinliği açısından basel uzlaşılarının gelişim aşamaları ve Azerbaycan bankacılık sisteminin genel yapısı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada bankacılık sisteminde karşılaşılan riskler ve bu riskleri önlemek amaçlı uygulanan denetim ve gözetim sistemleri faaliyetleri değerlendirilmiştir.Çalışma 4 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde genel olarak riskeri incelenmektedir. İkinci bölümde denetim ve gözetim sistemleri, üçüncü bölümde ise denetim ve gözetim açısından uygulanan basel uzlaşıları ele alınmıştır. Sonuncu bölüm olan dördüncü bölümde Azerbaycan bankacılık sistemleri, genel yapısı ve oradaki denetim sistemleri araştırılmıştır. Ve elde edilen sonuçlar analiz edilip gereken öneriler verilmiştir.

In this study, the risks encountered in the banking system and the audit and surveillance systems implemented to prevent these risks are evaluated.The study consists of 4 sections. In the first part, the risker is examined in general. In the second part, audit and surveillance systems and in the third part, basel consensus applied in terms of audit and supervision are discussed. In the last section, the fourth section, the banking systems of Azerbaijan, its general structure and the control systems there are investigated. And the results were analyzed and recommendations were given.
