Performans yönetim sistemi ve bir performans yönetim sistemi örneği incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında günümüz insan kaynakları uygulamalarında önemli bir yere sahip olan performans yönetim sistemi kavramı üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu kavram bağlamında örnek bir performans yönetim sistemi uygulaması (ABC Holding A.Ş. Performans Yönetim Sistemi) incelenmiştir. Performans yönetimi, yönetimin planlama ve denetim işlevlerinden daha geniş sınırlar ve performans kavramındaki gelişmeler çerçevesinde uygulanmasına yönelik olarak geliştirilmiş bir yönetim anlayışıdır. Performans yönetimi uygulamaları, gelişmelere günlük değil uzun vadeli bakan yöneticiler tarafından uygulanan bir sistemdir. Performans değerlendirmesi, kurumlar tarafından uygulanan bir formalite çalışması olmaktan çıkarak performans yönetim sistemi kavramının gelişmesi sürecinde hak ettiği yeri bulma aşamasındadır. Bu alanda gerçekleştirilecek çalışmalar ile her zaman ulaşılmak istenen amaç olan yüksek verimliliği elde etme noktasında başarı sağlanacaktır.This thesis focuses on the concept of performance management system, which has an important place in today’s applications of human resources. In the context of this concept, a sample of performance management system application (ABC Holding Company Performance Management System) is examined. Performance management is an enhanced and application-oriented approach in which the management is applied to the broader borders than its functions of planning and controlling and also in the frame of the developments in the concept of performance. The applications of performance management, is a system which is applied by managers who examines the improvements not daily, but long dated. Performance appraisal passed beyond becoming a formality action applied by the corporations, it started to find the place which it deserves in the process of the development of the concept of performance management system. The aimed efficency will be achived with the help of the studies will prepared in this field.
