Kelimede gerçekleşen harf hazifleri ve Kur'an-ı Kerim'deki edebî boyutu

Abstract

Arap dili ve belâgatinin önemli edebî üsluplarından biri olan hazif; harf, kelime ve cümle düzeyinde gerçekleşmektedir. Dilin en küçük biriminde olan harf hazfi, kelime yapısını oluşturan bina harflerinin hazfi (iktitâ`) ve kelimenin üç kısmından biri olan (isim, fiil ve harf) mana harflerinin hazfi olmak üzere iki şekilde karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Tezin konusunu, iktitâ` ve binâ harflerinin hazfi de denen kelimede gerçekleşen harf hazifleri oluşturmaktadır. Bu harf hazfi, konum itibariyle kelimenin başında, ortasında veya sonunda; sayı itibariyle bir, iki veya daha fazla harfin hazfiyle gerçekleşmektedir. Belâgat âlimleri, kelime ve cümle haziflerinin bağlama delâlet eden belâği gayelerini derinlemesine incelerken kelimede gerçekleşen harf haziflerinin gayesini çoğunlukla lafzî tahfif, îcâz ve ihtisar ile açıklamışlardır. Tezde yapılan inceleme sonucunda; dil, belâgat ve ulûmu’l-Kur’ân’a dair eserlerde dağınık halde örnekleri bulunan kelimede gerçekleşen harf haziflerinin bunlardan başka edebî boyutu ve belâği gayeleri bulunmaktadır. Tezin birinci bölümünde meselenin dil boyutu sarf, nahiv ve belâgat ilimlerinde derinlemesine incelenmiş; ikinci bölümde dilin en üst seviyede tahakkuk ettiği ilâhî kelam Kur’ân-ı Kerim’den istişhâd yoluyla harf hazfinin lafzın ötesindeki edebî boyutu ortaya konmuştur. Bu bağlamda Kur’ân-ı Kerim’de kelimede gerçekleşen harf hazifleri tespit edilmiş; kelimenin başında, ortasında ve sonunda hazfedilmesine göre kategorilere ayrılmış, her kategoride ayetler dil ve anlam bakımından edebî incelemelere tabi tutulmuştur. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre kelimede gerçekleşen gayri kıyâsî harf haziflerinin lafzî tahfif ve ihtisarın ötesinde belâği gayeleri ve edebî boyutu vardır.

Ellipsis, one of the important literary styles of Arabic language and rhetoric, is realized at the level of letters, words and sentences. The ellipsis of the letter, which is the smallest unit of the language, appears in two ways: the ellipsis of the building letters that form the structure of the word (iqtitâ`) and the ellipsis of the meaning letters, which are one of the three parts of the word (noun, verb and letter). The subject of this thesis is the letter ellipses realized in word, which are also called the ellipses of the building letters and iktitâ`. This letter ellipsis occurs at the beginning, middle or end of the word in terms of position, and one, two or more letters in terms of number. While the scholars of eloquence have analyzed in depth the rhetorical purposes of word and sentence ellipses that refer to the context, they have mostly explained the purpose of the letter ellipses realized in the word with verbal alleviation, succinctness (ijāz) and summarization (ihtisar). As a result of the examination made in the thesis, the letter ellipses in the word, of which there are scattered examples in the works on language, rhetoric and ulūm al-Qur'ān, have other literary dimensions and rhetorical purposes. In the first part of the thesis, the linguistic dimension of the issue was examined in depth in the sciences of morphology, syntax and rhetoric; in the second part, the literary dimension of the letter ellipsis beyond the wording was revealed through the divine word, by citation from the Qur'an, in which language is realized at the highest level. In this context, the letter ellipses in the Qur'an were identified, categorized according to the ellipses at the beginning, middle and end of the word, and the verses in each category were subjected to literary examinations in terms of language and meaning. According to the results obtained, the irregular letter ellipses in the word have rhetorical purposes and literary dimensions beyond the verbal alleviation and summarization.
