Publication: İşletmelerde öneri sistemi ve motivasyon arasındaki ilişki
Abstract
Bu çalışma, işletmelerde öneri sisteminin çalışan motivasyonuna etkisini incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada öneri sistemleri konusunda altı faktör ortaya çıkmıştır. Bunlar; “Katkı ve Fayda”, “Geliştirme ve İyileştirme”, “Bilgilendirme ve Açıklama”, “Uygulama”, “Sosyal Fayda ve İletişim” ile “Ödül ve Kazanım” olarak adlandırılmıştır. Motivasyon konusunda ise dört faktör ortaya çıkmıştır. Bunlar; “Psiko-Sosyal Araçlar”, “Ekonomik ve Örgütsel Araçlar”, “Yönetsel Araçlar” ile “İş Ortamı ve Şartları” olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışmaya farklı firma ve kademelerden 181 kişi katılmış ve katılımcılara 100 soruluk bir anket uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analizlerin sonucunda, katılım düzeyi açısından ele alındığında, öneri sistemi faktörlerinden “Katkı ve Fayda” ile “Uygulama” faktörlerinin motivasyon faktörleri üzerinde etkili olduğu görülmektedir. Önem düzeyleri açısından incelendiğinde de, öneri sistemini düşük ve orta düzeyde önemli bulanlar açısından, öneri sistemi faktörlerinden “Katkı ve Fayda” ile “Geliştirme ve İyileştirme” faktörlerinin; öneri sistemini çok önemli bulanlar açısından ise “Uygulama” faktörlerinin motivasyon faktörleri üzerinde daha fazla etkili olduğu görülmektedir. neri, Öneri Sistemi, Motivasyon
This study was conducted to investigate the effect on the motivation of employees in enterprises of the suggestion system. The research has appeared in six factors suggestion systems. These; Contribution and Benefit, Development and Improvement, Information and Description, Application has been called the Social Benefits and Communication and Awards and Wins. The motivation has emerged about four factors. These; Psychosocial Instruments, Economic and Organizational Tools, Administrative Tools and Business Environment and Conditions. Working with different companies and from the stage 181 people attended and participants were administered a questionnaire of 100 questions. As a result of the analysis, when considered in terms of the level of participation, suggestions system factor of Contribution and Benefit and Practice it is seen to be effective motivational factors of factors. In terms of importance in terms of level, the proposed system of low and medium levels of important finds, suggestions system factor of Contributions and Benefits and Development and Improvement factors; In terms of the proposed system it is very important finding application appears to be more effective on the factors motivating factors.
