Hastanelerde, endoskopik aletlerin temizlik,dezenfeksiyon ve bakım yöntemlerinin saptanmasına ilişkin bir çalışma

Abstract

Araştırma, hastanelerde endoskopik aletlerin temizlik, dezenfeksiyon ve bakım yöntemlerini saptamak amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak planlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini İstanbul ili hastaneleri oluşturmuş olup, 2001-Sağlık Bakanlığı Tedavi Hizmetleri Genel Müdürlüğü'nün hazırladığı Yataklı Tedavi Kurumları İstatistik Yıllığı kullanılarak, ayda 50 ve üzeri diagnostik veya terapötik gastrointestinal endoskopi uygulayan 3 üniversite, 14 devlet, 5 SSK, 15 özel olmak üzere toplam 37 hastanenin endoskopi ünitesi oluşturmuştur. Hastanelerin tümüne ulaşılması hedeflenmesine karşın, çalışma için idari izin alınamayan ve görüşmeyi kabul etmeyen toplam 7 hastane araştırma kapsamından çıkarılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini; %10 (n=3) üniversite, %36.7 (n=11) devlet, %16.7 (n=5) SSK, %36.7 (n=11) özel hastaneler olmak üzere toplam 30 hastanenin endoskopi üniteleri oluşturmuştur. Araştırma verileri bilgi formu kullanılarak, araştırmacı tarafından yüzyüze görüşme yöntemiyle yapılmıştır. Veri toplama formunun doldurulmasında endoskopi ünitesi sorumlu hemşireleri ile görüşülmeye dikkat edilmiştir. Veriler, Sosyal Bilimler İstatistiksel Paket SPSS) ile değerlendirilmiş olup, yüzdelik değerler kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilere göre; temizlik, dezenfeksiyon ve bakım yöntemlerini uygulamada kurumların statülerine göre farklılıklar saptanmıştır. A STUDY ABOUT CLEANING, DISINFECTION AND CARE OF THE ENDOSCOPIC INSTRUMENTS IN HOSPITALS The study was carried out to determine the cleaning, disinfection and care methods of the endoscopic instruments in hospitals. The population of the study has included the hospitals in Istanbul; and during choosing the sample, 2001-Statistical Annual of Treatment Instutions with Beds which was prepared by Ministry of Health-General Directorate of Treatment Services was used. The endoscopy units which do 50 diagnostic or therapeutic gastrointestinal endoscopies in a month that 3 university, 14 state, 5 social institution and 15 private totally 37 hospitals compose the study. Although; it has been aimed to be reached to all of these hospitals, 7 hospitals haven't accept the test and that the permissions haven't been provided and have excluded from the study. Because of this , totally 30 endoscopy units that %10 (n=3) university, %36.7 (n=11) state, %16.7 (n=5) social institution and %36.7 (n=11) private statute, include the sample of the study. The data of the study has been collected through mutual interviews with the charge nurse of the endoscopy units by information form that prepared by the recearher and the percentage test has been used for evaluating of the data. At the end of the study, many differences about cleaning, disinfection and care methods have been determined in the hospitals.
