19. yüzyılda sosyo-ekonomik yönüyle Kilis kazası

Abstract

Bu çalışma, 19.Yüzyıl Osmanlı Devleti’nin Halep Eyaleti’ne bağlı Kilis Kazası’nı kapsamaktadır. Çeşitli kaynaklardan yararlanılarak, Kilis Kazası’nın sosyal ve ekonomik yapısını ortaya koymak üzere hazırlanmıştır. Çeşitli yerlerde yayınlanmış belgelere dayanılarak; 19.yy.’da Kilis Kazası’nın nüfus, gelir dağılımı, servet dağılımı, üretim yapısı, tarımsal yapı, vergiler, hayvan dağılımı vb. sosyal ve ekonomik hayatın temel yönleriyle alakalı detaylı bilgiler vurgulanmaya çalışılmıştır. En önemli ekonomik faaliyetlerin tarım yönünde olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışma ile beraber; Kilis’in 19.yy’daki sosyo-ekonomik durumunun, Osmanlı Devleti ekonomik durumuyla yakın vaziyette olduğu görülmektedir. Ayrıca, sosyal ve ekonomik yönde olan büyük katkısı da gözler önüne serilmiştir.

This study is about Kilis District which was in the boundary of Halep Province of 19. cc Ottoman State. By using several resources, it was prepared to study the social and economic structure of Kilis District. According to several published literature; In 19 cc, the detailed informations about the fundamental things of social and economical life of Kilis District such as income distribution, distribution of wealth, production structure, agricultural structure, taxes, distribution of animals etc was tried to highlighted. It was seen that the most important economic activity is on agriculture. On the study, it is seen that the social and economical structure of Kilis is close to the situation on Ottoman Empire. Moreover, it's contribution on social and economical side was showed.
