Şizofrenili Bireylerde İstihdamın Önemi

Abstract

Şizofrenili bireylerin toplum içerisinde ve bağımsız olarak en az destekle mesleki, eğitimsel ve ailevi rollerini sürdürebilmeleri için gerekli becerilerle donatılarak ve yeterli toplumsal destek sağlanarak bir işe yerleştirilmesi ve yerleştirildikleri işe devam edebilmeleri psikiyatrik rehabilitasyon açısından çok önemlidir. Bu derlemenin amacı, şizofrenili bireylerin bir işte çalışabilmelerinin önemine ve işe sahip olmalarının iyileşmenin temel unsurlarından biri olduğuna dikkat çekmektir. Psikiyatri hemşireleri, işe yerleşmeyi engelleyen durumları belirleyerek ve bir işte çalışabilmelerini sağlamaya yönelik çalışmalar yürüterek şizofrenili bireylerin işlevselliklerini arttırmaya katkı sağlayabilirler

It is very important for psychiatric rehabilitation that peop-le with schizophrenia can be placed in a job and equipped with the necessary skills to maintain their professional, educational and family roles within the society and independently with minimum support and with adequate social support. The aim of this compilation is to draw attention to the importance of working with schizophrenic people and the fact that their having a job is one of the essential elements of healing. Psychiatric nurses can contribute to increasing the functioning of schizophrenic individuals by identifying situations that prevent them from settling into work and by carrying out studies to enable them to become employed
