Mısır’ın 1798’de işgaline dair mükaleme mazbataları mecmuası (inceleme - metin)

Abstract

Mükâleme mazbatalarının şekil, dil ve üslub özellikleri yanında Osmanlı diplomasisindeki yer aldığı nokta bu tezin ana hattını oluşturmaktadır. Yabancı devlet temsilcileriyle yapılan mükâlemelerin zabtı olan mazbataların, Osmanlı kalemiyesinin ritüellerinden geçerek ortaya çıktığını düşünürsek bu çalışmanın Mısır’ın işgali sürecinde Bâbıâli’nin siyasi tavrını anlamakta önemli bir yere sahip olduğu söylenebilir. Teze konu olan mükâleme mazbataları mecmuası Mısır’ın tahliye sürecini içerdiğinden inceleme kısmının ikinci bölümünde bu mesele, mecmua ve dönemin kronikleri ile mevcut literatür bağlamında değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. leme, Mükâleme Mazbatası, Osmanlı diplomasisi, III. Beside the formal, linguistic and stylistics peculiarities of the diplomatic minutes, their role playing in the Ottoman diplomacy is the main axis of the thesis. If it is thought that the diplomatic minutes, which are the records of the negotiations between the Ottoman officials and European ambassadors, were appeared through the ritual of the Sublime Porte, this thesis is important in understanding the fact that the Ottoman political attitudes. Since the mecmua of the diplomatic minutes subjected to the thesis describes the process of the evacuation of Egypt, this problem is interpreted on the basis of the mecmua and the chronicles of the age and the secondary literature in the second section of the chapter which was allocated to analysis.
