Abstract
Koronavirüs (covid 19) pandemisi ile birlikte birçok ülkede uzaktan eğitime geçildi ve sanal sınıf uygulamalarında artış yaşandı. Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, özel Fransız okullarında görev yapan Fransızca öğretmenlerinin uzaktan eğitim derslerinde karşılaştıkları sınıf yönetimi sorunlarını belirlemek ve bu sorunlara çözüm önerilerinde bulunmaktır. Araştırmada hem nicel hem de nitel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Nicel araştırma, çevrimiçi bir anket aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmaya Fransızca eğitim verilen kurumlarda ilkokul ve ortaokul düzeyinde ders veren 16 Fransızca öğretmeni katılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde istatistiklerden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin ağırlıklı olarak fiziksel düzen boyutunun donanım ve yazılım bileşenlerinde ve müfredat planı etkinlikleri boyutunda öğretimin değerlendirilmesinde sorun yaşadıkları tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin karşılaştıkları sorunlardan bazılarının dış gürültü, internet bağlantısı, derse erişim, dijital içerik eksikliği, etkileşim eksikliği, ders süresinin kısa olması, ses iletimi, mahremiyet ve güvenlik olduğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına dayalı olarak önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Uzaktan eğitim süreci kapsamında gerçekleştirilen anketin ardından öğretmenlerin COVID-19 salgını sürecinde uzaktan eğitim deneyimlerinin araştırıldığı nitel araştırma yaklaşımlarına uygun bir durum çalışması yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada süreç sonrasında öğretmen görüşleri alınmıştır.
With the coronavirus (covid 19) pandemic, distance education has been launched in many countries and there has been an increase in virtual classroom applications. The main objective of this research is to determine the classroom management problems faced by French teachers working in private French schools in distance education classes and to propose solutions to these problems. Both quantitative and qualitative research methods were used in the study. The quantitative research was conducted through an online questionnaire. 16 French teachers who teach at the elementary and middle school level in French-speaking establishments participated in the research. The statistics were used in the analysis of the data obtained. As a result of the research, it was found that teachers mainly had problems in the hardware and software components of the physical layout dimension and in the evaluation of teaching in the curriculum plan activities dimension. It has been determined that some of the problems faced by teachers are external noise, internet connection, access to the course, lack of digital content, lack of interaction, short duration of the course, voice transmission, privacy and security. Suggestions were made based on the research results. After the survey conducted as part of the distance learning process, a case study was conducted in line with qualitative research approaches in which teachers' distance learning experiences during the COVID-19 outbreak were investigated. studied. In this study, teachers' opinions were taken after the process.
