Publication: Periton diyalizi tedavisi alan hastaların cinsel davranışlarının cinsel davranışlarının belirlenmesi
Abstract
Bu çalışma, periton diyalizi olan hastaların cinsel davranışlarının belirlenmesi amacıyla niteliksel özellikte tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini; bir üniversite hastanesi periton diyalizi ünitesine kayıtlı olan 100 hasta, örneklemini araştırmaya alınma kriterlerini karşılayan 60 hasta oluşturmuştur. Örneklem grubundan İstanbul il sınırlarında oturan 35 hastaya ev ziyareti yapılarak Bireysel Derinlemesine Görüşme Formu ile niteliksel veriler, örneklemin tamamına Tanımlayıcı Anket Formu ve Arizona Cinsel Yaşantılar Ölçeği (ACYÖ) uygulayarak niceliksel veriler toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde önce ses kayıt cihazının çözümlenmesi yapılmış, ardından bu dökümler gözlem notları ile birleştirilerek elde edilen ham veriler bilgisayar ortamına aktarılmış ve içerik analizi yapılmıştır. İçerik analizi sonucu, hastalıktan önce cinsel yaşam, hastalıkta cinsel yaşam, cinsellikle ilgili değer ve tutumlar olmak üzere 3 ana tema ve 51 alt tema oluşmuştur. Çalışma verileri değerlendirilirken tanımlayıcı istatistiksel metodların (Ortalama, Standart Sapma, Frekans ve Yüzde Dağılımları) yanı sıra niceliksel verilerin karşılaştırılmasında Student t Testi, Testi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre; periton diyalizi olan hastalar cinselliği, cinsel ilişki, kadınlık görevi, evliliğin temeli olarak algılamaktadırlar. Hastalıktan önce cinsel problemlerinin olmadığını, hastalığın cinsel yaşantılarını olumsuz etkilediğini, hastalık varken cinselliğin olmaması gerektiğini belirtmişlerdir. Periton diyalizi olan kadın hastaların cinsel açıdan uyarılma (t=1.956, p=0.055), orgazm durumu (t=2.195, p=0.033), orgazm tatmini (t=2.503, p=0.015) ve toplam ölçek puanından (t=2.215, p=0.031) erkek hastalara göre daha yüksek puan aldıkları ve aralarında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık olduğu saptanmıştır. periton diyalizi, cinsel yaşam, hemşirelik
Determination The Sexual Behavior Of Patients Taking Peritoneal Dialysis. This study has been carried out descriptively and qualitatively in order to determine the sexual behavior of patients taking peritoneal dialysis. The universe of the investigation consisted of 100 patients registered at a peritoneal dialysis unit of a university hospital and the sample consisted of 60 patients fulfilling the criteria to be accepted into the investigation. 35 patients of the sample who lived within the Istanbul province were visited in their homes and qualitative data were collected using Personal In-depth interview Form and Descriptive Questionnare Form and Arizona Sexual Experiences Scale were applied to the whole sample to collect quantitative data. In the analysis of the data, first, voice recordings were resolved and then these were compared with observation notes and the crude data obtained was loaded into the computer to make a content analysis. As a result of the content analysis three major themes, sexual life before illness, sexual life during illness and sexual values and conducts and 51 sub-themes have been formed. For data evaluation alongside descriptive statistical methods (Average, Standard Deviation, Frequency and Percentage Distribution), in the comparison of the qualitative data Student t test, test were used. According to the findings of the investigation, peritoneal dialysis patients perceive sexuality as sexual relations, womanhood duty and the basis of marriage; that they did not have sexual problems before illness and that the illness has unfavorably affected their sexual life and that there should be no sexuality during illness. It was determined that women peritoneal patients received higher points for sexual arousal (t=1.956, p=0.055), orgasm state (t=2.195,p=0.033),orgasm satisfaction (t=2.503, p=0.015 and total scale points (t=2.215, p=0.031) compared to men patients and that the difference was statistically significant.
