Publication: Toplam kalite kontrolünde kalite güvence sisteminin yeri ve bir uygulama
Abstract
Ö Z E T Bu çalışmada satın alınan malzeme kaliteli olmadıkça, kalitede mükemmelliğe ulaşmak olası değildir şeklindeki başlangıç prensibinden hareket edilerek çağımızın gereği kaliteli ürün ve hizmet üretimine etkin biçimde olanak veren Toplam Kalite Kontrolü incelenmektedir. Müşteri kraldır özdeyişi ile Toplam Kalite Kontrol, Müşteri tatminini en ekonomik düzeyde sağlayacak ürün veya hizmeti üretmek için organizasyon içindeki çeşitli grupların kalite geliştirme ve yaşatma çabalarını bütünleştiren bir sistem şeklinde tanımlanmaktadır. Bu konuda işletme içindeki herkese düşen görevler vardır. Toplam kalite kontrolu, gelecek dönemler içinde işletmelerin en büyük başarı kozlarından biri olacaktır. Ayrıca kalite güvencesi ile somut temellere oturtulan toplam kalite kontrolunun doğru anlaşılma ve başarıya ulaşma olasılığı daha yüksek hale gelecektir. Kalite çemberleri de toplam kalite kontrolu girişimcilerine canlılık kazandırması ve ekip ruhunu yükseltmesi nedeniyle üzerinde dikkatle durulması gereken etkinliklerdir. Bu çalışmada toplam kalite kontrolunun ülke ekonomisine yapabileceği katkılar gözönüne alınarak başarılı şekilde uygulanabilmesi için gerekli koşulların ortaya çıkarılmasına çalışılmıştır.
This work analyzes Total Quality Control which efficiently allows for production of high quality products and services as required by our time, based on the intial principle that it is not possible to achieve quality unless the material quality unless the material purchased is not of high-quality. With the prase of Customer is a king , Total Quality Control is defined as a system integrating quality impro- vement and maintenance efforts of various groups within an organization in order to produce those products and services that shall ensure customer satisfaction at the most economically possible level . In this matter, anyone in an organization has some duties. Total quality control shall be one of the biggest succes factors of the organizations for future terms. In addition, it shall be much more likely for total quality control to be better understood and achieved, which is fixed on stable foundations with quality assurance. Quality chambers are of the activities which need to be carefully emphasized due to the fact that it activates entrepreneurs of total qu- ality control and strengthen team spirit. This work tries to set up conditions necessary for a suc- cessful implementation of total quality control, taking into account its potential contributions to national economy.
