Beyin göçünün ekonomik ve sosyal etkileri: Türkiye örneği

Abstract

Beyin Göçü, Göç. Vasıflı işgücü, ÖZET Beyin Göçü geniş anlamıyla nitelikli işgücünün kendi ülkesinden başka bir ülkeye hareketidir. Bu göç çoğu zaman gelişmekte olan ülkelerden gelişmiş ülkelere doğru hareket eder. Bu olgu bazen de tersine gelişmiş ülkelerden gelişmekte olan ülkelere doğru hareket eder. Beyin göçü olgusu kaynak ülke ile hedef ülke olarak iki farklı boyutta incelenmektedir. Beyin göçünün en dikkat çeken özelliği kaynak ülkelerin karşılaştığı sorunlardır. Bu tezin temel amacı beyin göçünün genel göç olgusu içindeki önemini ortaya koyarak Türkiye açısından ekonomik ve sosyal etkilerini açıklamaktır. III Brain Drain, Migration, Skilled Labour,

Brain-drain can be described as the migration of high-skilled labor from their home-country to another one. This form of migration flows mostly from the developing countries to the developed countries. It sometimes flows on the opposite direction that is the developed countries to the developing countries. The issue of brain-drain is examined from the perspective of the receiving and home countries. The most significant feature of brain drain is the consequences for the home-countries. The central objective of this thesis is to highlight the importance of the brain-drain within the process of migration along with explaining its effect in terms of the Turkish Case.
