Sipariş temeline dayalı üretim yapan işletmelerde üretim planlama ve MRP

Abstract

Araştırmada, üretim planlama ve kontrol sisteminin bir alt sistemi olan Malzeme İhtiyaç Planlaması sistemi (MRP) incelenerek, sipariş temeline dayalı üretim yapan işletmelerde nasıl uygulanabileceğinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın birinci bölümünde; Üretim planlama ve kontrol sistemi, MRP sisteminin üretim planlama ve kontrol sistemindeki yeri, MRP sisteminin tarihsel gelişimi, MRP sisteminin, istatistiksel envanter kontrol sistemlerinden farklı yanları incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın ikinci bölümünde; MRP terminolojisi, MRP sistemi için gerekli ön koşullar, MRP sistemi varsayımları, sistemin girdi ve çıktıları, ihtiyaçların hesaplanmasını etkileyen faktörler, MRP yürütme süreci, sipariş büyüklüğünün belirlenmesi ve MRP sisteminde değişimlerin uyarlanması, başlıkları altında MRP sistemi detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın üçüncü bölümünde; Elektrikli küçük ev aletleri sektöründe faaliyet gösteren SENUR A.Ş. firmasında, üretim planlama ve kontrol faaliyetleri çerçevesinde uygulanan MRP sistemi incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın dördüncü ve son bölümünde ise araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara değinilmiştir. The aim of this research is to point out different ways of applying MRP (Material Requirement Planning), a subsystem of production planning and control system, in companies that carry out manufacturing process on the basis of orders taken. In the first section of the research, the following have been examined; Production planning and control system, MRP system and its relation to production planning and control system, the historical development of MRP system, the differences between MRP system and statistical inventory control systems. In the second section of the research, the following have been examined in details; MRP terminology, necessary conditions for MRP system, the assumptions of MRP system, inputs and outputs of the system, the factors influencing the calculation of requirements, implementation of MRP, deciding on the size of the lot and adjusting the necessary changes in the MRP system. In the third section of the research; The MRP system applied in frame of production planning and control has been examined in SENUR Co. which is a company that manufactures small electrical home appliances. In the fourth and the last section the research findings have been stated.
