dc.description.abstractUrethral caruncles are the most frequent benign tumors of the female urethra; the great majority occur after the menopause. Caruncles in prepubertal girls are quite rare and location other than the posterior lip of the urethra is quite rare too. In this paper we report a case with these rare properties.
